A search frustrated

By Paulo Coelho

The mystic Ramakrishna began his dedication to the spiritual life when he was sixteen. At first, he used to weep bitterly because, despite his devotion to the work at the temple, he seemed to be getting nowhere.

Later, when he was famous, a friend asked him about that period of his life. Ramakrishna replied:

‘If a thief were to spend the night in a room with only a thin wall separating him from another room full of gold, do you think he would be able to sleep? He would lie awake all night, scheming. When I was young, I desired God as ardently as a thief would desire that gold, and it took me a long time to learn that the greatest virtue in the spiritual search is patience.’

When a person believes with all his or her heart

When a person holds on to Hope, even in the darkest of times

When a person does what he does because of a sincere love

When a person is patient with all faith, devotion and happiness…

He will overcome that wall… whether it be thick or thin… he will over come any wall.

Patients is a gift, that we all could develope. many things in life if not all requires patients. many people get frustated because they want to get results right away or because they had an unrealized dream but that is only because they gave up at the first obstacle they didn’t have the patients and didnt’t persist and they end up living a bitter life. but how could we develope patiens? well by dedicating time and effort to every single thing we do and be persistent as well.

Patience is a delightful human term…
That’s the way it is on earth….
    bEARTH day….
    6 days for Creation…..
So many years or lives for Us…
    All ways….Your Way….
    Any…Way…
    Choose Your Way…
    Thank you Paulo

Hello Paulo! Thanks for this message which is so true!!! Indeed, patience is the greatest virtue for all we want to achieve. I just read today also that we have to wait for the right moment because nothing happens when it is not meant to be; we have to be patient and in that way we will reach our dreams even sonner than we expect. We should not act in a hurry, otherwise we will lose our prize. We have to be patient and have faith in God.

So, twice today I read about patience….it is definitely a message God and the angels are sending me since I thought I was patient but currently I am learning that being patient is not only wating, but having Faith as well. I will keep my Faith and patience alive because I know I will receive my prize!!!

You know, months ago when thinking about a particular situation I am facing, I heard a whisper telling me: “Patience and Faith”, and now with this message I realize that I had forgotten that whisper!! thank you for reminding me!!!!!

    Warm greetings,

    Glorita

    this is a good message…
for those who try to take god with them
    in their shopping cart…
    during a 2 minute visit…
on their way back from shopping …

    Olá Paulo! Atma Namaste! :)

Now I know that all I need is LOVE and PATIENCE. :) Althought I also know that the right moment to start or to do something is always NOW. It seems to be a paradox, but it is not, in reality. But only now I can understand that better. Thanks for your help, you helped me to realize that in my life.

    Thanks for the message too!

    Love & Light!

    Marta :)

imagine having god in you everywhere and then to go looking for him. This wall is of our creation.
come let us destroy all these imaginations we create.
