    Dear Shri Paulo Cohelho,

The urge of destruction is in our genes. Create and then destroy (or is it destroy and then create?). Now, next film can be a sequel of “creative” dawn of man.

    Warm regards,
    Usha Rane.

Quite the odd. Just yesterday I was watching a documentary on Kubrick and the making of 2001 Odyssey.

This scene reveals different things each time I view it.
    - When a tool becomes capable of both creativity(survival) and desturction
    - the emergence of will and the predominant emotions of desire, superiortity over enviornment

En este documental lo que se ve claramente es que tener el hueso mas fuerte en la mano que es capaz de partir los otros huesos hace a ese ser sentirse invencible percibe que así de esa manera el también es el más fuerte, un arma puede hacer que el hombre se sienta superior.

Although quite cynical in its appearance this clip shows the duality of our evolution. The simple minded ape used the tool for destruction, because destruction is the easiest of acts to perform. This destruction however, opened new lanes of thought in the apes mind, leading it to use this tool to build and to create other tools. These tools progressed over millenia and here I sit on a latop computer, a tool that many use for good, and many use for evil. As I ponder this I wonder what will evolve from this tool, what evils, and yet again, what beauties!
