La vie en rose, Non je ne regrette rien cantado pela própria Edith Piaf, quanta emoção e força ela transmite. …Maravilha!
beijos,
Mari Raphael
Hi there,
In two minutes Edith Piaf delivers a powerful message;
Live for the moment, do not worry about what other people think or say about you and to let go of the past.
Even if you do not understand French I believe Edith Piaf can reach through to people with her Energy and feelings of the e-motions.
“No, nothing at all, No I regret nothing
Neither the good done to me, nor the bad, they are
all the same to me,
It’s all paid, swept away, forgotten. I dont give a damn about the past.
With my memories I’ve lit a fire, my sorrows, my pleasures, I don’t need them anymore., etc”
Many years ago I had an interesting experience, I was observing a Spanish couple watching a program in English on TV. They had lowered the sound as they did not understand English - as they were commenting on what was happening between themselves I realised that what they were saying was the same as what I was saying to myself -.
Here we were, three foreigners, watching an English program and yet we were able to understand what was going on without the sound. I then realised that there were more than one language (English,Spanish, RUssian,) the one of the mind and the one of the heart with all its emotions and that I ought to take more notice of it.Sometimes, I think that our “language” can be a handiccap and can stop us from seeing the whole picture.
Music is an expression of life. It is part of the Universal language and I am tuning in.
Sincerely,
Marie-Christine
