I believe that when we look for love courageously, it reveals itself, and we attract even more love. If one person really wants us, everyone does. But if we’re alone, we become even more alone. Life is strange…

Sir do your words are those of an alchemists – to change the leaden realities of daily life to gold.I am yet to read The Witch of Portebllow. As time goes by you have changed and also your views as evidenced by your books . Any planns for a signing session in India?
I would like to share a poem I wrote of my awakening in your beautiful land. Some of my experiences can quite possibly never be compacted into words. I always say: my body is American, but my heart and soul is of Brasil! Peace. Jessica :O)
Obrigada Brasil
Senhora Brasil,
SO small
in your presence
I climb through your
monkey love vines
of swinging,
jungle mane
woven in Christ
who adorns you
with crown of
outstretched arms
Rio,
he watches
over your night
I bathe in your
gentle rivers of cleanse,
where waterfalls weep
for empty pockets,
homeless men,
jobless streets,
dusted hope
I hear you whisper
in elder streets
Santa Theresa,
Paratay,
Lapa,
you shelter
the poor, but
rich in spirit!
A favella child’s
hand of need
suckles your
giving breast
of leite life
As your spiritual belly
of blue agua grace
stretches like blown glass
onto Ipanema’s
golden praia sheets
of sensual mood
I adore your
ocean glance,
samba step,
conga beat,
essence of life
Obrigada Senhora
Um beiju!

You are such a humble and sweet, beautiful person. I love you!
No wonder your books are so popular, because they contain a part of your soul and your soul really is a treasure.

Paulo I so wish I had discovered your wonderful books 6 months ago. I live 60 miles from Glasgow and cant believe you were there so recently and I missed you.
A good friend gave me The Alchemist to read last month and since then, I have read all of your books and reading them has healed my heart. Your words of wisdom could have been written for me, I have chosen a new path now and found love in my life after a long time.
Your books gave me the courage to do that and I am forever grateful.
By the River Piedra I Sat Down and Wept is the most beautiful love story I have ever read and a book I shall always treasure.
If you ever come to Scotland again, I should love to be there.
Thank you so much.
