During this long pilgrimage i met many incredible people, that helped me to figure out my way own path, and i met you! it was the 18/09/2006, and i was in santo domingo de la calzada, attending the procession of the village. next to me, you were standing, i turned i look at you and i thought "who is this man", and all of a sudden i realized. i wanted to hug you, that was the exact feeling, just hugging you to thank you for what you are writing... but i felt shy, and after few second i was run over by some cameraman. but i have a picture of you holding your chin in my room :-). i felt this meeting magic, i kept on thinking about it once in a while. after i came back from the camino, i went to india, the belly of the world, and back again i felt the need to communicate to other people the importance of the camino, through a photo exhibition. i think it was the first time i was doing something just because it was feeling right for itself. I also quoted you, together with tommaso and filippo vangelis, michelangelo, nietzsche, thoreau (nice companion :-)). So i always felt that in same ways you inspired me in my work, also because of that meeting. so inside me there is this little "something", this still open circle that i'm feeling i want at least try to close by showing you my little contribution to the camino.
