your comment is the best!
mr. coelho, I wonder how you could write books that makes me get more interested in the book, because not much books gets me interested. I only read the Alchemist, but that book was really fun and I was really wondering what Personal Legond meant, but now I understand. Please make more fun and exciting books!!

We are human beings, we have flaws, weaknesses and unfortunately, there are moments when everything seems to go in a wrong direction. Why is that? Because then we set our minds, our attention, our hearts only on what we don't like. We believe that achieving one goal, we will feel better. Yes, it's true, but for how long? And then we start all over again: expectations, disappointments, expectations, disappointment, a pattern we know too well.
I have received an e-mail from a friend who has changed her job and I really thought her life is better now, after quitting her old job. But she complains about the salary, about the fact that even though she has a better job now she is not satisfied; she hasn't got the initiative to quit nor the determination to go on. She is trapped somewhere in the middle. And I believe this is exactly the feeling we have when we don't have faith anymore, when we don't believe in the Power of Good, in ourselves. We are trapped in our lives, somewhere in between, reality, dreams and illusions get mixed up in our heads.
But what we forget is that satisfaction can never last when it is sustained only by exterior happenings. It has to come from the inside, from our souls. Firstly, we should feel joyful, without an exterior motivation, and then joy will come also under exterior disguise. We should feel prosperous and thankful first in the interior and then abundancy will come to us from outside too. We should love first and then we will be loved and so on.
You cannot materialize what you don't have and cannot feel.
I put this idea in practice and it works wonderfully, not only in theory. It is a universal concept and law and it functions even if we accept it or not.
When we don't find faith, we should look for hope! :-) That will help; everything will improve tremendously! But it's always a matter of personal choice and determination to overcome all obstacles for the sake of Light... Who chooses this path knows that it is not an easy one to follow but it is surely not a dead-end either.

Love and appreciation,
Carmen Larisa
