Dov Beer of Mezeritch was asked:
‘Which is the best example to follow? That of the pious man who dedicates his life to God without ever asking why, or that of the erudite man, who tries to understand the will of the Almighty?’
‘The best example to follow is that of the child,’ replied Dov Beer.
‘But a child knows nothing. It doesn’t even understand what reality is!’ was the general response.
‘There you are much mistaken, because the child has four qualities that we should never forget. A child is always happy for no reason. A child is always busy. When a child wants something, he or she shows great persistence and determination in demanding that thing. Lastly, a child is always very quick to stop crying.’

I love this story, so true. :)
Pozdrowienia dla mojej Agnieszki.
And that is why children are the gift of God to the world.
and that is why I am True to their spirit, to never take away anything that God has given them for this life.
Because we are all born ‘with what it takes’
and we all have the capabilities to take it where we will.
‘The kingdom of God belongs to such as these’
and
‘whoever causes one of these little ones to sin will never see God’
(probably misquoted but you all know me…!)
much love to all

You see, this is why I just adore children.
(also they have the added bonus of being incredibly funny and entertaining)

Dear Paulo,
“a child is always happy for no reason…”
- so true
The child’s enthusiasm and imagination combines everything that is needed to understand and enjoy the simplicity amd complexity of God.
God always speaks to children because they are pure, honest and open to anything that comes to them.
They don’t wear masks, don’t pretend, and see things as they really are,
and
they love unconditionally!
God always speaks to the children that are deep inside us.
I think You wrote this too, in your books, didn’t You?
love

If we see the world with the eyes of a child, it can be so much better…..when i was a kid i believed that i could do anything..what i wanted…when people grow up they mostly dont do what they want.. nowadays, all i want and try to do is to look at the world with the eyes i had when i was a child…and then nothing seems daunting..
Why have we forgot, how it is to love, and be loved?
Why have we stopped believing and we feel so lost?
Why don’t we recall how happy seems a child to be?
maybe beacuse it sees the world differently
.
We would be so much happier
We would be so relieved
We ‘d believe we can do anything
If we were the child beneath.
Lots of love
Annie

In every real man a child is hidden that wants to play. ~Friedrich Nietzsche

In those early years of a child of 0-7 when they are not quite in there physical bodies still developing the energy coming in to develop and grow, as long as the brain does not take it in with too much learning , this takes away from the imagination and innocence ,and learning too much too early destroys the childhood ,of the magic and wonder of angels and faires, mother earth helpers .Blessings Tania
That’s funny!
Why is it that when as an adult you love unconditionally, wear no mask, pretend nothing… it needs explaining?
At what point do we start distrusting love?
Bad experiences? because children have those too and they are able to erase them amazingly quickly without a trace…
Lots of love,
Vicky
To put my response into perspective: I work with children nearly every day. I am a nurse in a childrens emergency department.
Children are what make the world go round. They are the most incredible people in the world!
I am constantly amazed by their strength and ability. They can bounce back from anything as long as they are supported through it.
They can make anyone smile!!! And we can do the same for them. Let go , be free, act like a child and you will have a friend for a lifetime! Support them when they need support but let them be free when the need freedom. Children know right from wrong deep down in their hearts. They are pure, they are true and they don’t lie (unless they are taught to do so!).
The most important thing to a child is love. A hug,an acknowledgement of a task well done, listening attentively and joining in means so much to a child. Appreciate any children in your life because they will pass onto you their best qualities!
I will always be a child at heart! I hope that you will learn to let go , make a silly face, tell a silly joke and dance to the beat of your heart!
Ps: Why did the chicken cross the road???
Lots of love x x x
