A favorite record, playing the radio – do these elements accompany your work? Or do you need complete silent?
Music is so powerful that I cannot write listening to anything else but the noise of my fingers in the keyboard of the computer. If I listen to music, I will be away from my desk, taken into the universe of notes and compasses.

My ears are so sharp that I need some background noise while working. What I usually do is either play a song on repeat or listen to a soundtrack without lyrics. If it were possible complete silence would be prefered.
I cannot concentrate to write when there are songs being sung, but i do like to play instrumentals whilst I write. I listen to songs and sing along when I paint, though.
My life consists of much music, I miss it if it wasn’t there…I found myself unable to have conversation over songs, like talking above someone, so then again, instrumentals in the background. I find too many distracting negative noises in the ‘silence’ – laptop whining, car door banging, air-vent whirring, I hate it – but they say I am a good listener, so that must be good.
Yes, the music of the beach, or the forest…blissful.
love to all

Music can be strong, deep, and also… so silent, that is like the sound of a bird singing…like a wind….

music is my life, the music must be present in every moment of my day, when I write sometimes the music help me to the inspiration and in my book often are described the song I had listen like a song that the protagonist listen in the story…
Background music is a must when I write:) I can’t go a single second without it :) Of course if I were on a beach… that would be a different story:)
