Great article. Thank You.
Should be posted in every corner of the world so people can look inside themselves and ask this question: can I say NO?
NO, to everything that I see in my everyday life that is full of injustice, cruelty, stupidity, lies. Am I capable of being brave enough, notice what is wrong and take some action, even the slightest one.
Maybe, if someone is moved so much, maybe, the next time they come with unacceptable things, they’ll do something, a little bit, more.
Maybe the courage will come from this immense feeling of misery and sorrow.
Maybe by facing with what’s wrong in this world many times, the time will come when you just cannot walk away, sit silently and avoid confrontation.
Nobody has to do huge things, sometimes it’s just a lie, that we won’t accept anymore, or the beggar on the street, or the poverty of the neighbor, or friend, etc.
And we should all remember, as Paulo wrote, that not everybody has to have a courage, all the time, and there always will be moments of shyness, hesitation, cowardliness, and that’s the part of our nature, part of being human, but the more we fight the more habitual it’ll become, I hope.
I know that we might lose some “friends” , some people, because of that, but what are they worth, anyway if they accept such things, if they accept a lie, or cruelty.
There’s something peculiar with what Paulo wrote about these scars, moments of sadness, or loneliness; they are necessary for us to grow, to become better human beings, and one more thing, I am sure about,
the more unfortunate moments we experience, the more we suffer, the closer we are to the light, and…. the feelings that come are priceless.
The heart without suffering is not a heart, just the bloody organ in our body.
The heart was born to feel, to touch, to give, to help, to…..love.
…
Somewhere…
at the end of the world,
love wins at last.
..
love to all

May be one need to practice to say NO to the things that we do not want to do and to say as well as to the unacceptable.
People some time might believe that they share certain understanding and trust with each other where they can move to the next stage in life… but, it does not go this way… the bunch of people that we deal with each day bring different experiences with different feelings… the most of it usually, is discomfort, irritation and weirdness.
Each time such as irritating experiences occurs, I sit and discuses where one can find real people that he can relate to and can easily communicate with. But the problem is that, people that we deal with them on daily life, they interact with the others and easily allow themselves to insult them.
So, if we are “the human being” in this century, still does not know how to behave themselves when dealing with others… we might remain lagged in a blurred phase.
Love and trust are simple words… and basic rules that can ease our life.

I just saw a movie produced by Jennifer Lopez, about what is happening with women, girls, in Juarez, Mexico; actually Mexican/American border and it made me scream - WHY?!
Why Nobody say NO?
Why Nobody stops such a terrible things?!
Is Power, Money, always going to be more important than human life?
How murder, rape, human trafficking can happen?
Who are these people who let this happen?
Can anybody say NO?
