There is one Universal Truth and that is we are all in the Pursuit of Happiness (for some it may mean love, for others success, possessions, etc). How we define happiness is unique to our own experience, but when you read about other people's experience and you see other people's perception of what happiness is, you start to feel a shift in consciousness and you start to redefine your own beliefs in what makes you truly happy.
