In The Good Fight,
attacking or fleeing are part of the struggle;
being paralyzed by fear is not.
The Good Fight is the one we undertake
because our heart wants us to.

Dear Karen,
The greatest satisfaction you can give evil is to hate,
if you give them love….maybe even the evil will change.
:-)
lots of love
Agnieszka
I have been paralyzed by fear twice in my life. And those seconds, or was it only one second, I got so much adrenalin that I saw the situation totally clear. This helped me to make the right decision how to react which in the end saved my life.
True love is no game of the faint-hearted and the weak; it is born of strength and understanding.
Understanding, that love is greater than anything in the world and it is….unconditional.
Being a fool doesn’t change a thing, it only shows the pureness, and the beauty of love and… God.
love
Agnieszka
Karen,
I am not here to hammer you for what you wrote,
Your opinion, voice and words count.
You have the right to feel and share your emotions, but Karen I see pain and fustration in your words.
You say that you think about karma every day,
what you think would happen to some one that wishes hell to others?
Maybe your wishes for others need to change for then to find love, peace, compation, understanding, patience and forgiveness.
Here is something from Buddha for you:
For as long as time remain
For as long as human been remain
May I too remain
To liberate all human been from suffering
Including my self.
Karen I really hope that you find peace in your
heart and forgiveness for those who do wrong in this life.
May love and understanding be your companion and shadow.
Please take good care of your self.
There is No longer a reason to fight, you have shown me that Paulo. Just accept the fact that some people are screwed up beyond belief and be simple. The more simple people are, I have found, the less messed up they tend to be. Each and every day all I think about is karma. Karma, karma, karma, ,,, it’s the only thing that gets me through. Knowing others will have EVERYTHING they have done fall back on them! This gives me strength to live while knowing people can be truly evil. May they find their places in hell :)

Being stricken or paralized with fear
can be less literal than it appears, and I think that’s the way most of us experience it these days, as opposed to being face to face with T-rex.
And that is the trap….whatever the fear, we may continue in most of our everyday deeds and purposely avoid the situations leading into or around the looming confrontation with the fear…so we do not really feel paralized but we are, in regards to that particular direction.
I think
whatever possible situation it is which is giving us fear or anxiety, we have to believe that it is only there to test us to overcome it – that is its’ one and only purpose, and therefore, if we are not moving toward the confrontation and overcoming of the fear, then in our path, to all intents and purposes, we are static; no matter what other activities, works etc we may occupy self with.
If that were not so, then, why does fear re-appear even after we’ve done so much to avoid and ignore it?
Because it is necessary for us or God’s purpose for us, to triumph over it.
There are numerous quotes from the new testament to encourage us here.
Someone once said to me;
Don’t worry – actually there’s 5% chance our fears don’t come true.
He was seriously trying to help, and I said sarcastically, cheers.
But later I realise about self-fulfilling prophesy, the inverted attitude of ‘positive thought’
Thought producing what we are, what we see, how we see, etc
Even the theory of our world being illusionary.
Whatever you, or anyone, may think regarding such things, this fact about fear remains;
If you didn’t fear ‘it’ – you would have had it, or done it….the fear is only visible, present, because you do want it, or want to do it; whatever it is.
And vice-versa;
If you fear something you don’t want to do or have, then, upon recall, you would find sometime you already had or did it…..and in the grand scheme, you survived and are better equipped because of that.
SO
the choice is
Do we take outrageously courageous baby-steps (congratulating self on the way) towards what we want, or live with the fear we don’t want aswell as the absence of item one?
And do we fear our repeating experiences, assuming we are unlearning creatures who cannot perform better next time, even though we know that ‘practise makes perfect’?
Hope this helps
LOVE

Is being paralyzed by fear not part of the struggle? or, indeed, IS it the struggle? I have been paralyzed by fear; fear of losing a child. Was I wrong? That all consuming fear did create an adrenalin and resulted in an acceptance and understanding of my child’s condition, but also of fear itself.
So fear instigates a good fight > fear becomes the fight. There is nothing wrong with fear. I would be super natural if I just accepted!

I visit this site every time I think about someone very special to me that I have recently had a huge fall out with, Its the only one thing left that I know we will both be sharing in today,
I never used to visit this page as frequently as I do now, (daily, sometimes twice a day!) before, I would receive my daily good morning email which always had a meaningful ‘footer’ ending it off, something that was shared on this page…I have now got to do my daily message hunting myself, this website was without a doubt my first choice. Its the strangest feeling though, every time I stop in on this page the ‘daily quote’ seems to be directed straight at me, it almost feels as though it was set up to catch me, it is always so relevant to where I am at in my life. (Its now taken over the excitement of reading my daily star sign!)
I know understand why K’ would always make this her first visit, the meaningful messages offered here are defiantly a ‘good push’ into the day…
Thank you for this…
I am sorry to pick up on the point “between the lines” in today’s quote, but till now I could not find a solution in your books which deals with the situation of being paralysed by fear?
A response used in a previous thread by rosa de los vientos, ……”I Pray”!, could perhaps be the answer for many? But when we are stricken with fear, it is so hard to think or react at all.
It is a terrible situation and so debilitating. Do you or your readers (other than rdlv) have a solution for this? Thank you.
To Paulo
I apologise what i wrote before, i looked to the film in slow motion ,it is very difficult to see what person did to you , it seems that he ripped off your pocket of your jacket.
When i saw the film for the first time, i thought that the person was touching you.
I read the reactions of other people how
were confused and i start to think. I looked the film again , i feel myself guilty.
I am Sorry Paulo
The best fight is oerhaps realizing we imagine every struggle into being. We fear facing truth instead. To choose to dissolve negative energy is to finally begin to understand the power of our own illusions.
And our hearts always know a good fight when it is about to undertake one .Thanks love Tania
Thank You,
love
