Dear maria,

"Dance like nobody's watching; love like you've never been hurt. Sing like nobody's listening; live like it's heaven on earth." Mark Twain.

That's true: dancing and singing like nobody's watching, when people are really coming to see you live, despite your will.

Love.

"You have to dance like nobody is watching, dream like you will live forever, and love like is never going to hurt"

"If's not hard, it isn't worth doing."

These are two "thoughts" I keep by my desk at work. The first one I found in the Internet, don't know the author, but I typed up put it in a nice frame and hung on the wall facing my desk.

The second one I found in a fortune cookie, and I taped it to my computer:) (Computer users can really appreciate this thought)

Beautiful Agnieszka..

I believe the only way not to fear pain, in your journey,is if you have your eyes on your 'treasure'-dream...and never losing sight of it..cause only this gives you the courage and strength to endure every pain that is ahead..
and only this gives you love...for this life of yours..

The journey...is like a dance...

.....
So dance like the music plays..
don’t be afraid,
the fear is no longer there..
it went away..
your deepest, darkest desires..
don’t scare you,
they want you dance with fire..
they..
liberate you.
.....

love

I love emphasis on the idea that what is "necessary" isn't the same as what we think we want.

Society sends us messages in images and in lifestyles. We perceive communities around us that reinforce misplaced desires. Each moment is an opportunity to discover the power of self-discipline, of innate self-worth and of developing abilities to transcend the things we have been conditioned to accept and aspire to.

In essence, our senses lie. They don't perceive reality without being trained to see past the self-created illusions. Whatever you have been told or conditioned to think, you can learn to think for yourself in ways that disregard what's in your head. You can come to believe you are loved, accepted and appreciated unconditionally for all you are. You can come to understand your life, its supposed tests, trials and tribulations all stretch you and make you stronger. You need nothing. You have no lack, no imperfection, no reason to doubt yourself. Every experience brings you closer to grasping this truth.

Yes, that is true. I now know what is necessary, to help others who have also been mentally abused.
