That’s wonderful,
I am going in under the surgeon (Dr Who is my surgeon) tomorrow….I’ll assume he knows how intelligent I am, that he won’t let anything go wrong….and if I don’t ever appear here again, you know it didn’t work!!
LOVE to all

“Don’t try to be brave
when it is enough to be intelligent.”
Hmm..for me, that means…
don’t swim in the ocean, when you can take the boat that’ll take you to the other shore.
There are moments in life, when is better to not do anything, without someone’s help;
the only thing that can happen when you go alone, is…you can drown.
yes indeed, when you’re standing 10 meters in front of a tiger, don’t shout, don’t run, just pooh in your pants and it’ll choose something else for supper…..;-) (this won’t work in your case LEAF :-) - so just have faith in those gods in white, you’ll be just fine, see you soon on the PCB, love, Paul
That sounds right - that doing the brave thing or the intelligent thing would usually and perhaps always result in the same action. This would include situations where it might appear otherwise.
For example, retreating in the face of overwhelming odds might involve the bravery of relinquishing one’s ego enough to do the sensible thing.
Paul, do you think intelligent alone is enough without bravery? Ask me, I can see a fine-thread link between them and if it snaps, then one gets a little setback.

maybe I will use my heart thats much more intelligent ,and wiser .blessings Tania
To rediscover your true self doesn’t require you try to “be” or “do” anything. Accept that you just are.
good wishes for LEAF,
wish you a speedy recovery from the op,..God Bless you.
Trying means giving failure a chance.
Therefore don’t try.
Just do!
Dear Leaf,
I pray everything goes well and a fast, least painful recovery.

Don’t try to be brave
when it is enough to be intelligent.
If you’re concious of the depth of your intelligence it proves that you are pretty brave!
yes indeed, when you’re standing 10 meters in front of a tiger, don’t shout, don’t run, just pooh in your pants and it’ll choose something else for supper…..;-) (this won’t work in your case LEAF :-) - so just have faith in those gods in white, you’ll be just fine, see you soon on the PCB, love, Paul

Those who are brave, they can be weak and not feel so. Those who are smart, can act stupid/silly and not feel so.
But those who are brave and smart, often they don’t know if it’s smart to act brave, or being weak in doing so.
I am now searching for a new philosophy to live by and would welcome suggestions.
We must choose our battles.
Not all fight are worth to fight…
Distinguishing between what is worth and what is not; give us the correct reasoning
Dear Leaf,
I expect it’ll be a relief for you when it’s over. ;-)
All the best.
Love,
Vicky

be true to yourself
That sentence was excellent for me.
Thank you.
