If I feel threatened it’s either because I am feeling insecure or it is caused by the insecurity of the person who is threatening me. Threatening behaviour is a form of weakness, a from of bullying, and it is best ignored.

what matters is the internalization of threats .when we take threats to our heart, it starts gnawing all our energy and takes control of our thoughts and we slowly yield to it.

The power and the focus of one controlling his reaction before a provocking attitude are the best qualities of a wise man.We do not have to put further straw on a fire,and ,because everything need support or some supplies,if we dont encourage the bad attitude and ignore it ,we dont give to it further power.
What is a threat if not a fear we either accept or let it go.
Only our heart can make that choice because is both powerful and fragile, depending on the circumstances, depending on how hard it was beaten and how it has found the strength.
My heart … finds its strength..in love.
