Ahabu, the founder of Viskosa, in your novel “The devil and Miss Prym”, needed to spend only one night with St. Saven to become a wise sovereign after being a road bandit. Can this happen in lives with ordinary people also?
Probably. We are always either giving or accepting examples from other persons – therefore, each act that we perform is a sacred one.

Very good example ,because worst nature he had, the more shocking the result. Is like the lost son who returned home and was greater joy that the son never left home.Life has lot of surprises for us, and I also think here we have also the answer for a previous of your question on the human kind nature. The character probably ,down deep in his heart ,was good. Good bye.
It makes me think of “was blind but now I see”
you can turn over a new leaf in one night ,alot of people can become wise over night it depends on what happens to them or suddenly the light bulb went of for them or they had a GOD moment …Blessings Tania
As long as heart beats, there is always a second to regret.
Love.
Hmm…yes as it is written in this book:
“everything is only a matter of overcoming the temptation”.
There are many temptations in our life, they come and go, and until we’re not faced with the actual moment we cannot say whether we’ll overcome it or not.
The advice from others are always helpful, but the best advisor is our concious and of course the love we have inside.
Also as I think that man is good inside, for me it is not easy to do something very bad. We can be “brave” when it comes to words, even our desires can become dangerously high, but as I know from myself, until the actual moment won’t come, it stays there. My friends always laugh at me that I am like that, so brave, so daring, and when it comes to standing face to face with something, that I always back up. I guess you have to go to the very end to really test yourself. Also I don’t know how it relates to this: “dare to live” but it makes sense when terrible crimes are about to be commited.
love
