Because God love us.He try to offer us maybe more than second chances, all we have to do is understanding which was the error in our past behaviour, learn the lesson and understand the signes. We must have also courage for action under the influences of the heart, and is not always easy.An open mind should help.

Dear Paulo, may be God always offers us a second chance in life, but in this material world we are prisoners in our bodies that are governed by the Laws of this World. Maybe God offers us a million chances for making things up, for our souls. Our soul lives beyond time and space and it is eternal. We all know that ‘life is like a river’ never comes back….LOVE Thelma

We ll wait to hear you, dear Wablinska.. i hope all goes well with your artistic endeavours…

i believe it too that God gives us a second chance..because he is Love..but sometimes we are so stuck in our shells and dont see it or dont grab it and make the most of it and we lose it..

As Luce said to another post, dont waste time…

    Love to all of you..

I’m sure God offers us second chances, may be even more but the question is: Do we see them? Most of the time we’re so busy nursing our wounds that we do not see the opportunities passing us by until it is too late.

Perhaps who we allowed in our lives, fake people. Sociopaths can take their toll on a person.

God in his infinite wisdom definitely offers us a second chance. So different to human beings who often is we screw up in life, we don’t give others a second chance.

What grieves me is the number of women in this Blog who appear to have had terrible experiences with men, even worse, possibly with their fathers (and maybe their mothers too)? Do people who abuse, degrade or beat their children or their wives, also get a second chance? I think I already know the answer, perhaps both get a second chance? Never-the-less I really find it hard to forgive such….yes….crimes!! To ruin any persons, especially a child’s life, is one of the greatest crimes of all! God bless all of you who have experienced such, and God give you the “greatness”, to forgive those who have treated you so badly. It is hard, but I believe it is the only way to come to terms with this. I know, I’ve been there..Love, Paul

You know what Paul, I sincerely believe that in order to heal from such trauma, you have to make a decision that you are going to believe in the infinite mercy of God…so hopefully even those who have done wrong by others get that chance…I truly believe that we are all living in the glory of a perpetual second chance. This is humbling because when I think about my life in these terms, it helps me to know that I am no better than anyone, that pride is futile, but so is self-righteousness. The freedom of the abuser is in the victim’s healing.

Some human beings are convinced they have nine lives, like cats. Other human beings sense they are offered infinite opportunities for reincarnation in different worlds which also mean infinite opportunities to grow.

  19. 19 Paul from Austria

2bwritten, very well put, then that settles it, we ALL really do get a second chance, otherwise it (God’s infinite mercy) wouldn’t work. Thank you, Paul

  20. 20 Annie

indeed the freedom of the abuser is in the victim’s healing..but that is very hard..but i guess the only way to move on….and love Life again.
    Love to all of you

    When we make peace,
    forgive,
    something in our heart changes,
    breathes.
    Everything starts to blossom,
    everything makes sense.
    Love is.
    ….

    love

yes…God always gives us second chance and even more ..we just sometimes do not see the releveance of every experiences He is giving us. Everything happens for a reason.. so whatever circumstances that comes our way, lets not avoid any of it, maybe a joy or sorrow.. every trial is a learning experience..and through that we gain knowledge and become a better person in the future.. Godbless to everyone.

  23. 23 Novita

second chance? yes, might be… but, do we always learn from past mistake and realize the second chance?
