So the material world was created..We all know the story. With the same way, every human being creates his life with his spirit,psycho[soul] and thoughts. Everymonent our thoughts and subconcious, mirror our innerself. But every minute creation inside us continues and we add and enrich ourselves. As a child I used to keep a diary, but re-reading it was a ..nightmare!I always felt, that what was bothering me before was not important any more!!So I decided to live every minute acting as it is the first and last chance of everything. Sometimes I measure how it is read by God. I've been doing it since 1993. Of course sometimes I don't put a word in it for days, months. I stopped keeping a diary some years ago, when life became more complicated... but then, this may be the time to restart... to make it simpler. Perhaps, yes, the accommodating point, I hadn't thought of that, but I did think; Why do I avoid expressing myself through art and writing a) when I feel stressed b) when I most need to? Maybe we as a whole people, have a need to recognize our 'expressive' nature, recognize its' nurturing ability, be kind to ourself, and indulge in the self-preservation qualities we find there.
