Our thoughts can only react to the contents of our memory. Starting from a conditioned part of our conscience. This means that each thought is formed by the past and no thought can be truly new. It can only be the result of an addition of two different thoughts that nobody has thought before, but that thought can only arise from the past and therefore from our conditioning. Something really new can be born only if we manage to get rid of that content from the past. This does not mean that this content will have disappeared from our consciousness, but simply that it does not dominate our thoughts. This potential for insight or foresight is called intuition. Most of us do not take into consideration the fair value of this potential. Many are so attached to their manner of thought that they do not open up for another manner of observation and perception. This preserves the past and therefore their conditioning. – Mero
Why is a child closer to God?
Maybe the answer is because the future doesn´t exist for him/her.
When a child is doing something he/she is focus all the time in the present moment; completely concentrated in what he/she is doing.
A child doesn´t need to learn how to meditate, for example. A child doesn´t need to learn how to destroy the annoying second mind. A child doesn´t need to pray.
My second mind has been telling me stupid things and I have made mistakes doubting and thinking.
I guess it is normal. I remember in one of his books, Paulo talked about a young man who also thought that someone who was good might be evil. That has happened with me.
I am amaze at how stupid I can be.
Just as breathing is required by the human body ..so is Intuition for the higher self .
Trusting our own instincts -messages and voices ,feelings .

Quite true. Intuition is a language by itself. It appears all day long, and even could it, in dreams when we are able to be conscious in it.
I guess that when the warrior doesn’t lose is faith, he has an intuition in response to each of his thoughts. Like a signal, without words, that is so invisible that we could sometimes don’t pay attention to.
And yet, that Verb, we could recognize as divine, is always blowing in the wind…

Intuition is the language of the other dimensions trying to reveal their TRUTH. While in the shpere of the Soul there is no space or time, intuition is the tool for our understanding the ‘truth behind the Veil’.
