Why, according to you, the eyes are the “windows of the soul”?
Looking into Your Eyes
I am looking for light, the light in your eyes. The light that will take me to The Place. The place where I am safe, comfortable, free and open…my Home. The universe is opening there with its pure abundance. I am flying and singing and crying and dancing there… It is Me, the Big One…. Through the reflection in Your Eyes. Where are you?

Through the eyes you can express feelings. Can you trust that what you see is what it is. Why do you sometimes trhough your eyes not see what other people see? or the other way. And In the future realise that you only saw what you wanted too see.I guess with an unlimited mind only your creativity can put limits to what you can see of visions and details in a window. And so your eyes cant hide your feelings, and then it will depend on what those who lookes in yours eyes wants, maybe chooses to observe. i’ve never realized or notice or gave thought when i looked into anyones’ eye!!! well just want to say something i know that this “eyes are the windows of the soul” goes back to ancient near east,the summerians god and godess had huge eyes with connecting eyebrow and less emphasis were given in the structure of the body so that the eyes would stand out.Being a immortal being communication with human was something powerful.The priest communicated the gods with their eyes. with this little knowlegde of mine i conclude that according to me eyes tells us or show us something that words cant fully express, something that rings a bell in ur thoughts or heart, something the two person only feels but not know what to call it, something that only ur heart and soul knows. and about the blind,i would say they are unique (wont call them literally blind) something they have or know what we dont have or know.

Hi again,
I think being blind or not has no thing to do with the eyes being the windows of the soul or not. Blind persons´eyes´can show their energy and inner state as well as eyes of somebody who is able to see physically.
There are other ways to receive, see or feel someone´s energy. We do it all the time whether we are conscious of it or not. Seing someone´s energy and being in the eyes is a worldwide common way. It goes for blind people too. soem people that are physically blind are perfectably able to see or sense energy around them and very well know who´s with them. So they´re perfectly included in this way of communicating…

Some people say that tears are the blood of the soul… when you cry we see in the eyes many emotions… (happiness , sadness, rage) when we laugh our eys shine.. when we feel ashamed we try not to focus our eyes on someone else eyes… when we lie we look down… I would like to share something that happens to me sometimes and it is that when I see someone from a foreing country at first I don’t see much in his eyes its almost like an absent feeling of the sould but then when I meet the person I start seeing his soul… it’s amazing

There are so many reasons for this.
They are the core of every emotion displayed
They are the tell tales of lies and truth
They are the target of Eros’ arrow
They are soft with kindness and piercing with contempt
Their shutters darken when it is night and lighten when it is day
They close when a person is immersed in a trusted kiss, and they open when the person is guarded and kissing only with their desire
They are the release from the well of one’s soul when it is filled to the brim with emotion, releasing an overflow of both sadness and joy in a physical form
They are the portal for perception which becomes our reality, and allow for our soul to see what it chooses to see
They look up to the heavens and close when in sacred prayer

probably no one have not gone through that:(, but you never know what soul love is, untill you see it, if you are lucky to meet it. everytime, you confuse it, you think that’s it, and you really beleive it, but when it really is it, you don’t even need this person to love you, you dont think of being hurt, because what you have seen in his eyes is not what he said, or what he did, it is rather what was not said, what he meant to hide, what is inside..it is through the eyes, that you connect to the depths, sort of unwillingly.
