I believe that most people do not understand the importance of ‘Silence”. Before a battle or before every movement or decision we have to take. Silence of ..voice, thought or body..Total emptiness of mind…And that is the time that we let our Divine Self speak ..and it is pure Wisdom, because our egoism does not momentarily [!!!!} exists. LOVE Thelma
the quiet of the forest lets one know when the predator is near.
Fear yes, but by all means — brace yourself.
Follow your heart.. follow your silence.. for your heart never lies to you..

This is true. But what if the warrior becomes fearful, and anxious because of the silence? I am challenged everyday facing this.
