Back to the subject, (I have not and hardly ever read the full versions of these articles) Torture is barbaric and in any case should be illegal, full stop! No legal or illegal torture, what a disgusting thing to legalise. Well we have to feed the lawyers and the judges somehow I suppose, or should they get to feel what it's like to be tortured before passing judgement? The outcome would certainly be different.
