All that we think we are is based on nothing more substantial than a collection of thoughts and beliefs, that we have come to accept as being true, without ever really questioning the validity of any one of them. If we were to discard all (and I mean absolutely all descriptions that we could apply to ourself) that we think of as being true, we would not be left with and as nothing; we would be left with and as everything. I would change your statement to read as follows:-
