By changing the way you do routine things
you allow a new person to grow inside of you.

Retiro lo que dije y pido perdón. Fui un poco ruin. Intento mejorar pero a veces no puedo o fallo.

Lo siento.

By changing things around it adds variety and spice to routine things and you develop new skills you did not know you could do .So its ok if I replace eggs with ice cream for breakfast ..and I am sure a alot of a new person would grow inside me ..I know moderation -balance .I once a while ago decided to get on my exercise machine backwards ..just for the hell of it ,it was a good work out ,but I can not change putting water in first for coffee..its wrong ..milk /cream first then hot water .
Blessings Tania

I’ve seen this quote several times in the course of last year, and I’m amazed how true it is! I love the hidden how in it…
I started changing very small things (eg, putting my alarm clock far away from my bed so I don’t snooze, and wake up the first time, or trying to speak my mind without feeling guilty if I don’t agree), and somedays I can hardly recognize myself, the inside self.

Aquí se dicen muchas cosas bonitas que luego, “algunos”, no aplican a su vida.

Este sitio apesta a falsedad y yo desaparezco de aquí.

Que coman perdices y sean felices.

Hasta Nunca.

With each new step, new breath, comes unexpected sunshine of the the unexpected day, gives you smile, gives you the new world.. so look around, follow the light you have inside.
It’s like climbing the mountain, each minute, each moment brings the horizons you’ve never knew existed.

I would like to add that, by changing the way you look at the things around you, you can discover a new world which offers you new oppotunities.

Dear Paulo, thank you for sharing your thinking with us.

Love,
Silvia
