The Sacred Heart. I truly admire Charbonneau-Lassay. In the little I have read he was a devout Catholic in the sense that Catholic means universal. I also like this image as the unity of the sacred heart of god, jesus, humanity, and the world.

This is not a comment on the above image, but rather a reflection on the heart as a symbol in general, and on the Holy Heart of Jesus in particular. An Irish friend of mine told us how he and his brother when they were children, used to turn the picture of Jesus Holy Heart, they had hanging on the wall in their room, because they found all the blood was too scary. They couldn’t go to sleep with this picture “watching” over them.

The heart as an image of love, as opposite to reason, makes me wonder why our hearts feel so broken a lot of the time. Bleeding hearts, suffering hearts. Most of us experience it. A Catholic priest once told me; We suffer so much in our hearts, because only God can love us perfectly, and we are not with God yet.

There is a lot of love in this room though. Thank you all,
Heart

Yes Paul, you wrote the same thing. A sign of the answer. :)

Dear hildegarde,
I partly saw the same as you. But tonight, I woke up twice. First, telling: “whale”, then before i definitely got up: “Hermes”.

So I decided to look for Hermes, but soon, I arrived on “Hermes Trismegiste”. I heard about as for the esmerald table. (I don’t know if we write it so in English). But anyway, I travelled through pages and pages, and discovered some things maybe interesting.

Three circles, -the circle being a representation of the universe- proceed of three principles-. May be soul, spirit and body for the extreme circle. Faith, hope and charity, for the center. And tool’s alchemy for the middle (Knowledge).

There are the 12 zodiacal signs, that are master each a planet. Though man has to pass through all the signs to improve himself. And indeed, we are supposed to be under the influence of all the planets during our life. Some each day, some each months, some each years, some, only sometimes in our entire life. It is sayd the Zodiac’s Wheel turn reverse, when It points “nadir”.

The second circle is more difficult to explain, that’s true. I recognized the symbols of Mercury, but I suggest that wheel concerns knowledge as alchymecal symbols.
The sign between Leo and Virgo could be sulfur. But the little “V” on it, significating life, is curious then. Uninitiated I am in the matter of it. I don’t know the symbol for “sal”, but it should accompany; The food of philosophers to reach wisdom.

Between Aquarius and Pisces is a solar wheel that sends my search in another point of view… It made me think about the Svastika cross. That unfortunately, hitler dethroned from its protection role. Rudyard Kipling used to put that cross on his books. He had to stop after the coming of the “Führer”. (A nickname, that means madness or rage in french…)

Also, the cross that follows could symbolize many crosses.(Beneath Ram symbol) Maybe the drawer choosed to make a large line, crossing a thiner one. That puts more interrogation. Could be the byzantin cross, or the templar one. Those who used to protect pilgrims.

Face to Cancer, the symbol looks like Uranus, as the south cross, also an eagle, an angel.
Face to capricorn, (yes, I make you travel a bit), I see “a” or “i+C”, so masculine and feminine principle. It ressembles to the sign of Paulo, by the way. Look as arabic in his form.

The center heart is like creation, with the original vibration, pictured by the wavy sign, or “wave motion”, separated the subtle from the dense, creating light and shadow. That leads God has to walk through those two opposite principles, that makes only one in reality. To return to, man has several paths. Several helps and oppositions. I don’t think we necessary have to confine ourself in labotaries, and produce explosions to succeed to be close to God. But leave it to Him. And follow what he decided for us.
Because the drawing warns us there is a barrier between God and us: the work we are doing with ourselves, through knowledge; science and arts. Indeed we have two ways to use it: enligthened or shadowed. Knowing the best way is this of Sons and daughters of God: through Love.

Moreover, that circle may participes to Maria de Magdala. That drawing is very feminine, as a jewel, isn’t it? As the spouse of the Christ. Yet, Jesus is very present. Jesus the son of God, that had been pierced by a lance in full heart. His scar, Sun of God.
Today, we have a thought to Sainte Marguerite-Marie Alacoque, that made a promise to Christ, and stayed close by him, despite of rude life she endured, since she wanted to do what her heart told to her.

Today we also enter the Leo influence. Leo is sun, heart and gold, as this heart, that shines as divine. As universal love, tamed by God’s will, for Faith, Love and Charity. A Heart, whose spouting aknowledges the Creator’s existence. It is said dotted points are representing gold in those drawings.
The Sacred Fire for a sacred Heart.

I search this only now:
“Hermes is the Messenger. The one that mediates Sky to Earth. He assures the travel, the “passage”, between infernal, sublunar and celestial worlds. Hermes is Mercury in Greek. but also Thot, Vicar of Rê, messenger, enlighter, inner-judge (conscience), guide. Telltale of wisdom, and path to eternity. Symbol of achiever inteligence. Said to receive Knowledge from the 4 cardinal points of the skyline, as from all levels of existence. He has winged sandals, invented the Lyre. God of Hermetism, of mystery, and art to unscramble”…

Symbols Dictionnary – Chevalier/Gheerbrant
For celtic belief, mercury is the inventor of all arts

As for the whale, I haven’t looked for yet.

Love to you all.

Enlightened day

As Anneliese Flores Clar said we, like another readers, writte the same. We saw the same meaning of the image :-)

I speak and write English but my English is not perfect and when I have only a few minutes, I prefer to write in Spanish.

Kisses,

Truth …in all its essence ,but I found when I stared at this picture I could feel it turning around the outside circles in one way then going another direction on the inside – lots of movement …a bit light headed if you stare at it long enough ..Love Tania

I definetely agree with both comments before me, I don’t know if they know that they both wrote the same, one in English and the other in Spanish, interesting!!!
Also is in the heart that the transformation starts, with the realization that in this material world we cannot find complete happines, that there is the duality and that things are corrupt, so we start the journey, looking for something that goes beyond the material plane that is whole and uncorruptable, that has no duality and is eternal, we find glipses of this reality, and we surrender to it, we vow to ourselves to pursue this heavenly reality, we also realize we are all One, that all is One, and that we must learn to Love unconditionally, we must learn to forgive, all this happens in our heart!!! without unconditional Love for all we can not achieve Oness!!!
