Thank you Tania, you're so kind, and it is so true what you wrote; there are moments when we feel like a bird, free, blessed. Those moments are one of the kind, so uplifting. I feel it always when I dance, or pray, or walk in the park, free of any negative emotions, any problems. But we cannot be "sky dancers" all the time, like in this book "Neige", life is life, although those moments makes us feel.. alive, the balance is what we need.

love to you

I love the way Winnie the Pooh puts it:

Don't understatimate the power of doing nothing,
of just going along,
listening to the things you can't hear,
and not bothering.

Pooh's Little Instruction Book.

Clearly, reading Paulo's daily posts is a treatment that should be made compulsory. This would certainly decrease the burden of western medical expenses significantly... ;-)

Yes..very enlightening, thank you; makes me remember something I wrote a while ago:

I leave my body when I pray
I reach the heart of my soul,
to see the darkness of my sins,
to feel the song of the world,
to free the bird of peace,
the dove...

love
