Our natural mood is joy! Harmony within ourselves and within Nature. Breaking the rules has brought us the misery we experience. Just let's go back to our childhood and..play the game and music....again. LOVE, THELMA

Some, however, become so enamored with the wine and dancing that they lose sight of life. Lasting joy cannot be bought with a jug of wine. That requires a 24/7 commitment to sharing the peace and love of God.

Wine cheers the heart of man, and wine mixed with water is given to children in France I believe. I've seen Vietnamese children dance to praise God in Church, and have been touched by their joy.

The Catholics always had real wine for Communion, while the Lutherans took away any alcohol during the service and called it sinful.

One summer I lived with a group of priests in Ireland. Most of them can be said to have an alcohol problem. They were very jolly, but suffered from the out of control alcohol consumption.

Did they please God? Of course they did. So I will shut up now.

There were times when people associated God with strict rules, etc..but God is so much more, God is love and love brings joy and happiness even on the cloudy moments. When you turn on the beautiful music all of your senses wake up and the heart is filled with tranquility, with joy, and you feel like you are in your dreams and you are...alive.

love

Good story. Makes me wonder how many realize that in today's fast paced lifestyle of people. We seem to have given away the need to enjoy life. Always chasing after one task to other...and by the time you have accumulated what you had wished for...the age has past by :|. Hopefully the children and grand children will enjoy but then who knows if they are content with what you had for them or they again go chasing after. It is good to have high ambitions but not without losing the touch of living experience :).
