Constant growth

Life is development. To achieve this, climb high mountains and descend into the deepest valleys of your soul. Breathe in and feel that you are sucking in everything that exists in heaven and earth. Breathe out and feel that the air leaving your body carries the seed of fertility, and will make humanity more true, better, and more beautiful.

Infinite breathing

All that exists above and below, also exists within you. And everything breathes; when you realize this, you will also understand the Art of Peace. Those who practice it know they are warriors protecting Mother Nature, and with each breath are putting inside themselves the sun and the moon, heaven and earth, the high and low tides, spring and winter, summer and fall.

Man’s entire apprenticeship can be summed up in how one breathes consciously. Each time you do so, you share the powerful energy which sustains Creation.

Conscious attention

Make each day a truly new one, by wearing the blessings of Heaven, bathing in wisdom and love, and placing yourself under Mother Nature’s protection. Learn from the wise men, holy books, but never forget that each mountain, river, plant or tree, also has something to teach you.

All that exists above and below, also exists within you.
(this is always what I thought. it is a pleasure to discover it here …. & right now :o). because it is a treasure that I will take with me for this week.)

And everything breathes; when you realize this, you will also understand the Art of Peace.
(let me learn about this).

‘never forget that each mountain river, plant or tree also has something to teach you.’

Look after Mother Nature and you are looking after yourself.
Mountains, river,, plants, trees,, humans we all need Her,
For a place without oxygen cannot sustain a living,
At the moment, it is not the best environment to grow in.
Without HEALTH ,,.,. HE ALT – It stops. It cannot HEAL.

Thank you for the reminder,
With love

AI KI DO
alli qui do
There is here something for the kids to do – learning to breathe properly -and looking after Mother Nature..When she stops breathing there is cause for concern, -it affects us all – By looking after Mother Nature we are looking after our well being.

Sim…é verdade,
O mais belo céu está na terra e toda a natureza e fertilidade da terra reluz nos belos elementos do céu.

to speak with the trees
to look at the clouds
to hear the wind
to dream about the future
to breath the breath of god
with the holy spirit

…no commend, only looking on the signs for this time

There is so much going on in this painting that you can zero in on the lessons you need to learn at a given moment and refer back to painting at another time to learn other things. What a wealth of history, morals, ethics and topics for self-reflection!

I remember pranayama, the way through which people believed they stay younger, that is,out of ordinary time.I believe something true it is in that idea, and also that by controling our thoughts we may help world on going better. And ,like in ancient times,we find answers to our questions by being aware at what sorounds us,I mean listening to wind,to birds singing,to waves moving, because they express God mightiness on earth.

Focusing on our breath means being in a present moment. We can truly live only in a present moment. So when for example in mediation we focus on our breath, we stop thinking about what happened before or what might happen later. In reality the past is already gone and future yet to come and we can’t be sure what it will bring.
All we have is a present moment.
I breathe in – I am alive
I breathe out – I want to bring joy to the world
