A very vibrant and cheerful housewife when queried how she remains so
though she is not doing anything new or worthwhile apart from household chores replied that she enjoys what she is doing and everyday does her chores in a different way! which makes her job(!) interesting and her dedicated life to her family worth living!

Doing things means acting with our material body!
But our mind consciously and subconsciously, every minute creates new ..realities. Our imagination presents us new aspects of the actions, that we believe that they are only a repetition.
As we know ‘life is like a ríver’, every minute is unique and it will never be repeated. We must appreciate the Present Moment.
Love,
THELMA

What are routine things ?
Cooking,eating,sleeping,working,washing myself…
I’d like to prepare this marvellous bavarois aux framboises
I’d like to eat poulet brésilien à la menthe
I’d like to dream being a famous painter
I’d like to find new ideas to share with my young pupils
I’d like to have a perfumed bath
I think I’m already a new person

Mr. Coelho:
This is SO TRUE! About three weeks ago I made a personal commitment to change my attitude and work on some (serious) pride issues…issues that were holding back my personal happiness because of stupid selfish reasons.

The reactions of those around me were instantaneous and it has prompted me to continue the change…
