This is when the power of thought really becomes apparent… hell keeps us honest… if we do not allow ourselves to be sucked into it’s comfortable deadly nest… rather like bungy jumping…? ;)

It can sometimes be like a river or stream -in its natural rhythm -gently flowing or sometimes running fast with wind rain and floods ..depends on Mother nature and her incredible forces …But its best to be in the flow of the universe and just go with it remembering to breath ..

Maybe we just get too busy getting up and getting what we think we want, we don’t notice that we’re already going downward and it’s too late because the things we though we wanted weren’t the things we really needed. Life is fast so we should not race with it instead let it take us to where it wants us to go or in other words just go ith the flow.

The time sometimes seems to move fast, then other times it seems to stand still ..how come?
And about Hell and Heaven ..is there a Hell and Heaven?
Or is it just in our mind? That the ego can create a hell for us .. and that our heart shows us the light (heaven)?
That we become what we think … if we believe in the light.. that´s what control our actions.
And if we are afraid, and our actions not come from the heart, we can create a hell for our selves.
