here is the translation from Patricia’s poem
The light is.
Who is the warrior fighting for?
his inner growth , fire and darkness combined.
The light is in him, however he does not take always care to find his candle and drifts away from the light.
because he is looking for dazzling sight.
or the dark night.
instead of following his life journey
the inner growth is the outside growth
The light is the other side of the shadow.
for the one who is going forward one must not forget the ultimate choice and that is where the warriors reside.
to be the flame of his candle to light the world and look God through the heart.

I don`t now really ,what I should say, but just to use my intuition,I beleve that this beautiful phenomenon Aurora Borealis,is The beautiful Aura our planet Erth, and we can meditate or pray, to conect the whole humanbeing and other entities to the Aura of mother Erth,to heal us and the hurd parts of our mother !
My doughter is allways painting the rainbow,even she never saw it till now in reality(she is five and half),and I belive that she is allways seeing our rainbow(Aura) because she speek or sing about it .Her songs telling often about a rainbow when outside is cloudy and in sommer when is sunny.

Hmmmm…. Now you’ve perked my interest – what sort of exerise exactly? Brings visions of the ancient ascetics of India – methods still practiced by some yogis today – drinking seawater, fasting for weeks, or standing balanced on one leg for hours or even days on end.

With sacrifice and discipline comes great power. With one-pointed focus we can indeed move mountains, or even open doors never before imagined.

I agree on the importance of inner growth,that is having a pure,strong spirit.I dont know if fits here the following “Mens sana in corpore sano”.We have a healthy body only .and our mind have to be same,for a good balance.Maybe the spirit is much more importand,it guides the body,and is the thing that personalize us.Our soul is in connection with God,the Universe,is the thing that shows we are human beings.We have to take care of our greatest treasure,our soul.My aunt said one day talking about who was poor.”Only the Devil is poor,for he has no soul”.I find that phrase wise,and remember it when I have hard times.

Thanks for Laleh, Jessica!! I love her music and I have been at her concerts twice. Laleh is an “iranian-swedish” girl who also have lived in Moscow where she studied music. She lost both her brother and father in the war in Iran, and came to Sweden as a young child with her mother. I love her voice and lyrics!!!

Are you Jessica from Sweden too (just being curious). I have never seen the northern light either because I live in the south (we have the similar weather as Germany has).

Because I was born in Sweden but with roots from former Yugoslavia I give you Macedonian music from Tose Proeski, my angel. This is one of his few english songs he made in his short lifetime…

la Lumière est.
Pour qui se bat le guerrier?
sa croissance intérieure, feu et ombre associés.
La lumière est en lui mais il ne prend pas toujours soin de chercher sa bougie et s’égare de luminaire.
parce qu’il cherche l’éblouissement
ou la nuit noire
au lieu de suivre son chemin de Vie
la croissance intérieure est la croissance extérieure
la Lumière est l’autre face de l’ombre
Pour celui qui avance il ne s’agit pas d’oublier le choix ultime
et c’est là que vivent les guerrier(es)
être la flamme de sa bougie pour éclairer le Monde
et regarder Dieu
par le coeur

I am not sure about the reason, but I am not able to stand these “shower-scenes”, which have been imitated in more movies.

….perhaps too much tension….for me….
