I am not familiar with the works of R.Crumb.

I have revisited this image a few times.....but each time i have only had one thought....i like the shade of yellow used in the drawing....its bright...like sunshine :-) Had not commented on the image until now as thought my view was a bit too simplistic!! :-) But hey...i'm willing to take the risk now ..lol :-)

Thank you Paulo :-)

Living life from the heart :-)

i never knew of this because I came from the far east
but I see alot of figures that is too disturbing..
it looks more like brainwashing
no wonder why there will always be a war going on
people just want liberty and freedom of speech
but too much is just bad
lets just hope media wont be turned into a voice of the devil as other writers express, well... they themselves are part of it
I as a youth is influenced greatly by the media
so be careful, nobody knows what you are brewing
or incalcating in the minds of the little ones
lets help them, not break them

other than rule of freedom, there is another one that
equally contradicts it creating a balance, the rule of
paternalism (given birth to state and country even conservative society)
wherein there is the authority to stop a person when that person is being harmful to self or somebody

just sharing my insights on this
to anyone who love this, sorry
criticism is part of growing up

:) Beautiful caricature of peace and love times.
I like the walking combination of the 2, and so I'm listening to it now. Very funny drawing :)Lol the fakir. The bubble in the center, oh yes, I sympathize.
What I appreciate about these years is that lovely sound, which seems to be on the present time. Vynils are warmer than CD. It is free music, and tantalized at times; maybe why the 70's mode was so coloured as flowery. The great Janis's voice...So captivated. The choirs gives me smiles. And that gnawing guitar...I would have liked so much to attend those moments.
A few passed as shooting stars, letting so much for us. Thank you to them, and to you Mister, to make them back so quick.
