A couple of days ago you had Calvin&Hobbes and today it’s Peanuts both comic strips I read growing up. The colour comic strips were the best section of the Saturday newspaper. I realize now that some cartoons and comics can only be understood when you are an adult. It was always the animation and not the dialogue that made me laugh as a kid.

Funny.But my favourite is Garfield,we have here in newspapers.But the idea seem almost the same,the pet with the master,teasing each other.

I laughed out loud when reading this comic today. I love the title of the book that Snoopy came up with. Way to go Snoopy!!

I love the Peanuts until today. Sometimes I am in the mood to read some volumes of the Peanuts books (I have collected them in childhood) once again. I liked different kinds of comics and I still have some that are about fifty years old (I already inheríted them from my elder brothers.)
I perceive it as very relaxing reading comics. In the last years I had to go to hospital some times and I took along some volumes of Asterix – this lecture always raised my mood.

I remember Peanuts, from my children. I was not a fun of comics as a child! It seems that the attitude of my parents has played its role. They did not want us to read comics, magazines or simplified classics, because they were thinking that this would have a bad influence on our learning to read and write ‘correctly’!!
Now it is a pleasure to read cartoons and, of course, I read whatever ..crosses my road! Sometimes a word, an expression or a movement goes straight to the point and brings an immediate response: laughter and sarcasm.
