Adipex Review
We know your messages from your books, but can you summerize with your own words, what’s are the most important things of a human life ?
Not to be paralyzed by fear in the path of our dreams.

…and not give up because of difficulties !
Have faith ! If you have dream it means you have strength to realize it !

Now here is where I take the words of a master and fly with them.
Fear is something that everyone feels with every pulse through every corpuscle, every day — every moment of the day. The key word in the answer though is “paralyzed”.
When I was reading the words of Paulo Cuelho, one publication after another, I was at my most paralysed by fear. And now all these years later when the anxiety attacks have completely stopped and my life appears to be in a stable place, I look up at the book shelf that holds all those incredible words and I think that I should re-read those publications because surely there are things to re-learn — and maybe there are, and maybe I will re-read and re-learn. But I am not parlysd anymore. And this great wave of fearlessness manifested itself when the books were packed away in some box in some closet somewhere. So now I just smile knowingly at the great colors on the book covers as I pass them on the way to the kitchen to have an egg.
A note: I have lived in some of the most feared neighborhoods of New York City, mostly as an outsider not willing and unable to pay or share in ridiculous rent situations. I never feared for anything while I lived in Harlem and outer Queens, or Brooklyn. I simply “lived”. So many cultural biases and mis-taught ideas of what to be afraid of were completely ripped from my psyche. It was a process, as is all of life. The answer that Mr. Coehlo gives to a sharp question is so important. The process of the asking — the life of the one who asked the question is so important to all of the individuals who care to hear the words. The warrior that is being trained in these blogs, in Paulo Couelho’s books, is absolutely in all of us. We are all being re-trained.
Another note: When I came back to New York City after many years of ttavel and after the tragedies of 911, I had another tremendous fear to overcome, one that was seeemingly unassailalble — the next “attack”. How do you fight this thing when your just sitting in a subway car doing the crossword puzzel? Most people in places that have been dealing with these issues for many decades — people who are born into this world of fear from random killings by souless terrorists — don’t even really have answers to the question. those that do probably don’t like to respond out loud, or in words written in safe places. I will. The re-trained warrior in me knows what to do.First of all do not be paralyzed. Move. Make something good happen. If you atleast atttempt this, you are living. You probably (and I mean this in all honest to goodness possitive sincerity) will live to actuallly tell about it. Of course this is a fantastic, exagerated visuallization of a theorietical circumstance. But many people are so paralyzed by this type of “real” fear that they have to give in to it in some way. I won’t, and no one else should either.
All of this theoretical, subconcious training has helped me tremendously with inane, every day life. It all matters.
Absolutely do not be paralyzed by fear.
Thank you Don Paulo.
Peace and Love to all …

Fear is a healthy natural human emotion is it not?
Fear of threat,death,uncertainty Etc….
How to manage it is the key.
“Fear” is a train if you like, it’s on it’s way and you can feel it coming,or you know it’s coming but you’ll wait till it arrives?
Or maybe you’ll walk away and come back tommorrow?
My advice, miss that train, let it pass right through without you meeting it!

and once again a paradox - to know fear and then to embrace courage and then our hearts become wise and our spirit free

Fear is something I am trying to overcome on a daily basis like the rest. I remember this question I encountered in the past, “What will you do if you weren’t afraid?” Who taught us about fear anyway?

Fear eats up soul.

I really like that :) Thank you and God bless, Paulo!

Yes.And I think a good cure might be starting slowly, step by step, with little things that might give us faith in our powers.Always is better trying, even when we think is no use,we cannot make it.One never knows, and chance might be at our side. Before I was very shy ,even nowadays I blush so on,but because several times I succeed in things that I thought they are impossible to reach, still I tried, after some good results,I changed. Now hardly I lose a good oportunity.Still ,I am not perfect,I have to work .

love, courage to love and the strength & inspiration to keep moving. that’s what are most important to me…
because sometimes you don’t really know what your dreams are..? only very rarely they are absolutely clear in your heart. and even then dreams are sometimes misguided.
Well, this is from someone in the midst of change. (what’s new haha)

“Not to be paralyzed by fear….” The one formal prayer I do utter on a daily basis - “Yea, though I walk through the Valley of the Shadow….”
It is a terrible thing - the most terrible - when time passes, and we realize that we should have…could have…would have…BUT we didn’t. When we realize that our ship has already arrived, that it came into port years ago, banners waving high, BUT we didn’t board - we just stood there, frozen in fear, and watched it sail away again.
“Yea, though I walk through the Valley of the Shadow, I shall fear not!” Indeed, that should be Commandment #1 for any true warrior.
