** You are not what you seem to be in moments of sadness. You're better than that .**

I like the idea, it is real. Moments of sadness are usually times of depression, weakness, and losing faith. however we are more better than this. we are the courage, hope and the force itself. being sociale, forgiveness, overcoming the sadness and our failures and start again.

and better ,and better ,but the sadness is death and to get up is sometimes difficult! but not impossible ,I try everyday to be better and better …. I try to give my light thouse need more than me but this is also difficult but all we ‘ll win ,doesn’t it? I think it’s not an illusion it’s the true we want ,alltogether , bye bye ..

Because sadness is a product of the mind and the negative impulses of the outside… misinterpreted signs and emotions of the worlds and of the moments… The Heart is who you truly are, and the Heart is love! When you are happiest, you are very close to who you truly are, and in those moments we can say that we… our living OUR lives..
