Easy to say.But I dont know a person who had not been questioning at least once,or more times, why he feel that way.To me happens many times.Maybe I get answers, but not always.I agree sometimes the things are so aethereal, impossible to be described in words exactly. But maybe we need more words in the vocabulary.Just a question of time.

All of our feelings and senses ,convey one thing -Love …from feeling your mouth water or your taste buds explode ,or your heart filled with heat or passion ,or a smile that melts your heart ,when we are in the essence of feeling ! tears ,joy ,even anger or frustration its about our soul urging us to express it ,feel it and not bottle it up or make sense out of it ,Just honor the feelings that you feel ,and let them flow through you ,if you block them or deny them ,then of course you will feel tired ,lonely or even sick .Yes letting the heart lead ,and the mind follow is being in the dance of life ..Blessings Tania ;-)

It is so interesting that you put this up at this time Paulo…I swear you are always speaking to my spirit!

I sometimes feel like there is something wrong with feeling what I feel because this world is not a world of feeling…I am learning to embrace this side of myself and this quote really put things into perspective for me…much appreaciated.

“Live everything intensely” is such a strong, simple thought. Words of the heart, fuel for the soul!! Thank you.

I have read in psychology books that emotions can’t be controlled. They just DO their job, they manifest themselves. Even though you might want to stop crying, because people would make fun of you otherwise, the feeling of sadness is exploding inside you.

Or try to say when you are scarred: I am not scarred.

Even psychology as a science can’t explain in this century 100% this phenomenon of our human inner structure.

I personally like to be in control of everything, including my own bad feelings. But let’s be serious, even I try to move my attention to some other more interesting things around me, the feeling don’t stop, but goes deeper and deeper to my inner roots, and then infects them. It’s kind of a “plastic” expression.

The most havy think I tried to do and succeded was to transform the physical giving birth pain in emotional pain and to release it out of my body. It is incredible. The midwifes didn’t believe I didn’t say a word while contractions. And I had 40 hours of labour before birth. I didnt even stay in bed, but sit, watch TV or pray. I simmply let the pain invadate me completely, feel it 100%, watch how comes and from bottom and goes out through the top of my head.

Comming back to the subject is that we CAN open or close the windows of our hearts, and let out or in our own feelings and other people’s feelings. And to try not to self-poison with the bad ones. Transform them in something usefull.

Love, Adina

This is one of my favorite quotes from your books! It reminds me to not always describe my feelings, sometimes silence is golden.

Ma devise : Goûter chaque jour chaque chose avec délice , même les joies les plus simples

et partager

My motto : Taste each day each thing with delight , even the joys the more simple and share
