Each time I feel angry at something, or someone, I concentrate with all my strength on the entire love of the universe, of God, and within minutes, the negative thoughts move from my stubborn head down into my forgiving heart… where they are processed back into love… and set free… to fly back into the universe…

To change the world around you, you have to change yourself first. Then the world changes after you. We are the mirror that people around us reflect themeselves in and vice-versa.

In my country there is this wise ancient sentence:

“The man is the one that make “saint” the place where he stays/works”, meaning that one person transform the place/people he is living in/with or existing in/with.

i think life is always movement,,,, every moment has its own little change,
in my personal life i have found my way to change the world by helping others, by doing lot of volunteer and by going to the hospital twice a week and help families in need, it feels amazingly good knowing that others in the humanity get that kind of support while they r in need!!!!! and little by little things get changed for better,
