I believe that when we look for love courageously, it reveals itself, and we attract even more love. If one person really wants us, everyone does. But if we’re alone, we become even more alone. Life is strange…

GRACIAS DE NUEVO HE VUELTO A DISFRUTAR, HE LEIDO MI COMENTARIO Y SIGO PENSANDO LO MISMO DEBERÍA HABER MAS ENTREVISTAS COMO ESTA. ENHORABUENA TAMBIEN AL ENTREVISTADOR QUE HA SABIDO TRASMITIR SERENIDAD TOCANDO TEMAS TRANSCENDENTES.
UN BESO, ECHO DE MENOS TUS VIDEOS.
Thank you again for a wonderful video :)
What an Amazing interview!
WoW!
You Rock Paulo!!
Hm, I mean lovestory :)
Ah yes, I watched this on tv. A friend of mine called me afterwards, saying you already greatly inspired her. I loved what you said about fighting the good fight…
Beautiful
Mirela Baron ,
That the seed of the love blooms in your heart, and in the heart of your family
That the courage and the hope is given to you in this day
I love your words about “happyness”, they are so interesting and true.
Eva
You are so beautieful!Thank you to share the interview with us!Because of what you said ,I´ve started to pray 3 times in the day (me and my children)because my husband is praying 5 times as moslem;and you know what?I feel much better!!!Because since aprox.2 month i was two times very sick, and the children had both `varicella´I felt verry week.Although,I think that the crimes in Gaza and everywhere in the world they affecting us colectivly fizically and energetically .My doughter is waiting of Jesus to see him as a humanbeeing person ,she play difrent games to arive this moment and is very enthusiastic to pray with me.I apreciate so much your courage to speek so open about the church and theyr behavior!!!
Your words are very strong in a good meaning, because they stimulate something in me,which is very powerful. In the night I wocked up with your words repeting in my ears :to don`t be paralised from fear and don`t be paralised from success.I had the sensation to vomitate and I was for few minutes really in a fisically crises.Thank you so much to be with us ,all people in the world!!!
Love
Mirela(woman in elevator)
Adina – I completely agree (especially about Mr. Coelho existing in my century).
Many will awaken after hearing your words.
You know what is so funy? That we ALL know these true things, we hear them all the time, we see them, but we still need a STRONGER VOICE and an HONEST HEART to give them life. We need “mirrors” for our minds that are not used to deep meanings but with daily comfort.
As I’m an Orthodox, I do not belive in that the head of Catolic Church is the immediat hierachichal follower of St. Peter, but that the Church should be led by “more Apostols” kind of organization, as Orthodox Church is led. And I found that the traditional church today (both Catholic and Orthodox) have lost some of “the actuality”
of this century. And because of that, instead of attracting young generations, they bored them or “punish” them. I SO MUCH enjoye, every time I see, the two movies with Whoopi Goldberg when she was pretending to be a nun. Excellent lesson for Vatican!
And now I have my answer to the following question:
Why will be killed the two profets that will come before Apocalipse ? Because they will dare to talk back to the today’s church. History will repeat, I am sure. And also many adepts of these two profets will say what Peter said: “I don’t know this men.”
Get prepared for those times. People love and destroy what they used to love and follow: Jesus, prophets, visionars. Apostols did it also.
Certain sacriffices must be done. Confrontation will come soon. And our soul must be prepared for it and accept it.
But, meanwhile, we shouldn’t forget to have fun! :)
Dear Mr. Coelho, thank you that you exist in my century!
Adina
I love this interview, thank you.
Food for Thought.
It is very interesting to hear your point of view on such important matters like the meaning of life, love, religion etc.
I especially liked what you said about Jesus and his life, cause I absolutely agree with you on that and
what you said about soulmates was very intersting, too.
Do you think a person can only have one soulmate?
What if they don’t recognize each other, due to unfortunate cicumstances like for example a fleeting encounter, when both ain’t got enough time to get to know each other properly or..
So actually my question is:
What denotes a soulmate in your opinion?
greetings
Marjana
I have just listned to ur interview and if I could only describe u how much i agree with ur filosofy of life u could almost say that we r brotheres in soul!!!!! its not that i dont know those things but when i listen and read ur books i couldnt be more identified with ur thoughts,,,,,
just amazing
i also believe as u that we should love our friend as we love our selves ( and we should love ourselves!!!). and all ur ideas r so familiar with my life!!!
but i still believe that even if we know that we could be happier if we achieve EVERYTHING!!! not always we can do it all!!!! and some times we just have to be happy the way we r!!!! other wise we r MISERABLES!!!!
so we have to make our choice!!!!!
lots of love and thank u for sharing ur ideas and thoughts with us.
orly
I am unable to listen to that broadcast, it is not working.
Very good interview. The Lions will some day rule the Earth, fathers of all! Nice image of Jesus, he was a profit not a god. He was the very first modern day therapist, believe it or not, he used NLP!
Your comments on ‘the good fight’ reminded me of one of my favourite quotes:
To be yourself -
in a world which is doing its best, night and day,
to make you like everybody else
means to fight the hardest battle
which any human being can fight,
and never stop fighting.
~E.E. Cummings
A friend to which I send this one, replied with a Walt Whitman quote, as an sort of perfect answer;
Re-examine all you’ve been told, dismiss that what insults your soul.
(May sound very intellectual on my part, but I have to admit that I actual still have to read the full poetry of both these men. And I still have to work on that fighting quite a bit. I’ve been disencouraged for too long, despite my good intentions. Well, everything at the right time. :-)
Yes …Joy so much more outweighs Happiness ..Joy to the World ! is just as important as spreading peace …and not doing to your neighbor what you don’t want done to you .You had me really listening in this interview ..Wonderful …Blessings Tania
I am so glad I waited to listen to this interview at the week’s end.
Profound on so many levels. I marvel at your insight regarding Jesus life. I appreciate you speaking about the child on the inside of us. I’m trying to allow my inner child to breathe everyday. Getting over the fear. Being brave to allow her to have a voice.
Your insight about love and that “love can drive you directly to hell or to heaven”. (smile) I haven’t laughed so hard at a comment about love in a long time. It was as if my subconscious was yelling at me from the computer. I’ve been thinking that way about love for a long time, but suppressed it. Also, thanks for sharing about your marriages and soulmate. You are a brave soul.
Regarding love, thanks for saying it loud enough and offering your wisdom. This is a GREAT interview and I look forward to more.
Paolo
L’amour demande notre attention , dans le présent , l’instant présent , avec notre regard d’enfant qui vit toujours en nous ;
Paulo, thank you for the exchange, it allowed me to know you a little better and to understand that the difference in this world is solitude, but that the sharing filled with enjoyment
The sufferings are also a part of the life regrettably (condolence) And scars we “ferment” sometimes, but remain opened always and always to the love, even if the human love is also hurtful (according to the scale of our sensiblité) because the beautiful deserves to be lived, even if we had to live, for some sometimes the worst…
I tend to say that I feel more Christian than to belong to a “movement”, even if I return to the mass recently!!
The mystery of the life asks for the respect…
The love asks for our attention, in the present, the present moment, with our glance of child which always lives in us;
That the society does not suffocate too much our child who lives in us, and our love for the others and the world, which ” the spirit ” guides us in the mystery and we made LIVE
That the acceptance and also the forgiveness is given
That the flame of life always warms, in spite of scars, that we understand the lesson of every suffering which makes for us, that the love keeps(guards) us…
That our dreams always live in us, that our being blooms
Paulo, whom your books keeps you, near our hearts, that it pass on the transparency of your love and so a little your soul so that the tolerance is offered to all, and the understanding of any differences
Hope for a run-up of life and love in each
Mom wanted to offer me “Restrained” that I feel having to read, I made her read ” maktub ” found by ” ” fate ” ” in the fnac late in the year 2008 I smell that the future reading of your books(pounds) will consolidate in me, so many things…
Thank you for it, for the breath of life which you bring them
Thank you for this blog and the sharings
Thank you for the awakening or the alarm clock
Thank you for the sharing of life which makes us be a little more
Thank you for the simplicity of your narrative and the authenticity
Thank to be
Sylvie
Yesterday, a film in front of my eyes: ” o Jerusalem ” of Elie Chouraki: 3 friends, a Christian, a Arabic, and a Jew: a hope: the tears of my eyes for the tears of blood of Jerusalem: my heart in love for the year 2009 which opens a hope of the Love for the world
Good evenig,
listening you in this interview is like reading your books.
….thank you for your free-heartedness , kindness, willingness to share your thoughts….
You keep encouraging me to think about things I knew, but I was afraid to think about.
Just thank you.
Like I already said last week, wonderful interview.
Lots of new insights.
Have a great weekend!
Love from the lowlands. :-)
Your shine peace, love, a kind of human being understanding, you are a free person and a goog Warriot of the light and definitively you see things more far than any person else in this world.
Because, people don’t have time or schedule to meditated, about questions, their reality and what really we want to this live.
“Live the present”
Thanks..
Thank you for your thoughts. They are really helpfull.
I liked the realities of our life that you mentioned in the interview:
- We have not to be paralized by fear and not to be paralized by success.
- I am not looking for happines, I am looking for joy.
- Happiness is invented by society.”
- All people are not same, all people are different.
- Do not do anything to your neighbour you do not want him do to you.
- What makes marriage alive is to challenge for each other through conflicts.
- Every person has a soulmate, but we have to find him/her.
- If the communication between men and women was easy, the relation would be boring.
- We only remember Jesus’s sufferings, but we forget about his life that passed among people for 33 years.
- We have to listen to our child inside.
Sorry, I forgot to thank you for sharing this, in my opinion, your best interview todate…
Thank you, Love, Paul
“Don’t do to your neighbour, what you don’t want your neighbour to do to you…!”
This, “reversed commandment”, has been anchored in my heart for as long as I can remember… though written by man, it is a law I can accept… and a law that is absolutely logical…
If we all heeded this law & the message within this commandment… there would be no need for any other law… but there’s one serious danger…
… we could all become quite happy ;-)
Love, Paul
Hm, I mean lovestory :)
A wonderful loverstory that confronts me with some fears within myself.
Yes…”Accept your differences”
Thank you Paulo and Rik.
