How can we learn without being humble? We can’t, because to be humble means letting go of our pride, accepting that we don’t know everything – nor will we ever, and it means embracing the lessons we are meant to learn through all the trials and triumphs that we are blessed with during our journey. To live without humility would be to not live truthfully.
It reminds me of a tattoo I recently had done. I had an old Latin phrase transcribed into Hebrew but in English it reads ‘Sincerity gives wings to strength’. By being humble enough to be true to ourselves and those around us, only then will we learn, grow and love completely.

How you can continue the journey of life with out your true love?. How you control agape?
I think that to be hamble is one of the most amazing caracter for one! i am not sure that this is the only way to learn,, but its by all mean a very possitive way to get into people heart, and when u see an hamble man or a woman – u feel so comfortable next to him, u never feel less than the hamble person and his (her) influence is really admired.
I think Barak Obama is a real hamble man as a leader!

“I stand here today humbled by the task before us, grateful for the trust you have bestowed, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our ancestors.”
President Obama’s inaugaration speech – today.
When I stop to learn I’ll not be alive any more !
To be humble is to accept that the only thing we can learn is that we do not know anything.
I agree totally.I remember my classess in martial arts.I wasnt old,21.But the boy that was my coach was much younger than me.At times ,when I saw him how serious was giving commands,I start to laugh.Cant help. But he didnt give up.Gave us much harder exercises.I cant help to laugh again. In the end ,I took a nice punishment, apart, really tough exercise. Now I lost the will to laugh. But I did it,and turn after for the rest of the class.I did learn to respect him.Same in faculty, when I had young tallented teacher.I have now no more problem to learn from a person younger than me.
It always reminds me of Charlottes web when i hear the word humble!
For i think you would have to be like Charlotte, who befriended Wilbur – the pig and put herself out there for him to live while she worked so hard to not let him be scared of dying so he could see another spring .And Wilbur loved Charlotte and thought she was so beautiful ..when everyone else didn’ like or was scared of the look of her ..Dont start me on this movie there are so many ways in which to see love and being humble are all about ..blessings Tania
To be humble and open, with the heart and eyes of a child, to learn.
“I only know one thing, that I know nothing” is what Socrates, the wisest man in Ancient Greece, has said.
I am always, with all my ‘senses’, ready to learn something new.. Every human being is a new world, an undiscovered land. With humility, respect and love is the only way to break the ‘walls’ dividing us and to built a bridge.
“KNOW yourself” is another Greek quote. Because only when we know ourselves we will be able to know the.. Universe.

It is only through humility that love can shine.
The humility AND the love are 2 elements which allow they can learn, but if we received what I call ” the spirit of the Truth ” (the second, even the third birth; the first one being the coming of the man to the world)
