A friend of mine, Gareth Medway wrote a book entitled The Lure of the Sinister.
He researched the work himself and I have attached a link from The Guardian which reviews, I haven’t read it personally, but spoke at great length with Gareth about it.
Many authorities including some in the UK, removed children from their families because they believed the children to of been subjected to satanism, and there are many more instances of abuse still going on.

You are right. As it is described in The Pilgrimage, love has 3 types: Eros, Philos and Agape. Eros and Philos can be described by words, but they are weak to describe the Agape, universal love within our heart.
I think the love is real when there is nothing expected (back) from the side of the beloved. In my opinion, when we say “me” it is Eros, when we say “we” it is Philos, when we say “you” it is Agape.

Dear Sefer JAN, thank you. It seems that our wavelength of thoughts meet!!! I do not know much about King Salomon except from the teachings at school. He is in the Old Testament of the Bible, as we call it. Then Christ came and his teachings are based on LOVE. He goes on a step further, from what our Paulo Coelho has said the other day in his interview ‘do not do to others what you do not want to do to you’. He says: LOVE YOUR ENEMY and forgive those who hurt you and “Know the Truth and the Truth will free you”.
So we are all … researchers of the Truth and our sword is LOVE.

Muslims believe that we have got parallel spaces consisted not of matter but of sth spiritual. This space is shared by angels and jinns (jinn = demon). Jinns can be good and bad tempered. It is forbidden to get in contact with jinns in Islam (and for jinns to get in contact with us), but some people find way to speak to them and ask anything they want to learn. Jinns are more superior beings than human beings, they live about for 300 years, their speed and power is enormous. That is why they can know more than people do.
We also should not ignore that human beings themselves have forgotten and lost powers within.

As ı know the most powerful human in the history of humankind was king Salomon. He had great power, material and spiritual. He ruled with material and spiritual world for years. But he main aim was not ruling, main aim was serving. They who have power in their hands have to serve to the humankind with love. God gave us power to share not to plunder. But can the West which was built on exploiting other nations understand this issue?
PS: Unfortunately grandchildren of king Salomon still use power to kill for their greed … without understanding the purpose of Salomon’s power.
Dear Balckbird in the Gospel there are two contradictory quotes:
“Believe and do not investigate = Πίστευε και μή ερεύνα
“Investigate the Scripts” = Ερευνάτε τας γραφάς.
It is up to us to decide which road to follow.Through ‘Freewill’ and freedom is the way we have to find our way towards the Light. I may have met open-minded priests and teachers contrary to your experiences. Thank you.

The Orthodox Church, whether it be Greek, Russian, Albanian etc. is doctrinally prejudiced against individual spirituality.
Take this from a man who was an Orthodox Monastic for 11 years.
Many of the Greek and Russian Orthodox that I have met do have a form of personal spirituality, but it would not be accepted dogmatically by the Church.
For the record, I’m in favor of the personal journey. I just wanted to clarify what I saw was a falicy that is limiting your freedom. Lies and half-truths cage the great within walls of mediocrity.
I do not think that the Greek Orthodox church is prejudiced against .. metaphysical issues. It is, I think, the Inquisition in the Catholic church that has created so much havoc, destruction and unhappiness. Maybe it is the Greek culture that since ancient times the metaphysical was intermingled with logic. Well, Socrates was obliged to drink the ‘Konion’ because he believed in the only One, unknown God and not to the Olympian Gods! Maybe because his teachings were threatening the …System.
Freedom and freewill is taught in our religion, but this makes us responsible for our morality, ethics and maybe practising of … black magic. Miracles were performed by Jesus and it is said that everyone who believes in Him will be able to accept the Holy Spirit.
It is said that Masons and other ‘mystical sects’ under oath perform rituals and try to master the Elements. For these hidden ‘religions’ our weapons to keep our morality is to pray and keep in our hearts LOVE and not to be in tune with EVIL.
Intuition, for me, is a natural state. This ‘power’ exists in everyone of us. This Sword has to be used for Good and not for …killing and acquiring material wealth. Healing and miracles happen everyday and for my opinion, whatever is used to ease pain and distress of our fellow human beings, is a divine gift.

Moi personnellement , je connais l’existence de ” vision ” du futur ; certaines visions ,de personnes que je connais, se sont réalisées ( je peux dire : c’était une “vision du futur” , quand j’ai vu qu’elle s’était réalisée dans le présent ) = cela existe , certaines personnes sont capable de ressentir des évènements du futur ! !
Et …je dirai aussi : Jeanne D’arc a été brûlée , et qui peut dire aujourd’hui que ce qu’elle a vécu n’était pas réel ???!!!!
seule , la méconnaissance fait dire ou faire à un moment donné ( comme l’évolution en médecine : certains médecins disent “prenez ce médicament , c’est bon pour votre maladie …et 2 ans plus tard , le même médecin vous dit : ” voilà , nous venons de découvrir que le médicament que je vous ai prescrit est en fait très mauvais pour votre maladie ; il faut l’arrêter tout de suite ” )
