Divina !!!
Foto maravilhosa!
1 grande beijo,
Mari Raphael.
winners are grinners !!!
Indeed, she looks beautiful – but I don’t like to swap with her!
I usually dont stand alone and I dont like to be outstanding this way (like in the pic). I find myself unique in other ways,,,, in my life,
and i am a winner in my own way,,, when i see that actress standing alone its nice to see her, but that what make her happy? to be seen by 10000000 of people??? may be – i wouldnt like at all to be in her place!!!! for me she really stand alone!!!!

For some reason I consider the security guard and not the actress as the winner who stands alone …..
Unnoticed, protecting others – and undoubtely the best seats in the house …. so who’s the winner now? hehe
She is gorgeous, the dress is very beautiful and she is successful. She does not seem ‘alone’ so many .. want to photograph her!! For sure, somewhere, her ‘soul mate’ is proud of her!!
What is ‘success’ if you do not share it with people who love you?
LOVE,
Thelma
I am reminded of a many eyed beast, looking upon its willing sacrifice.
I think she is the perfect example.
narcissism. . .the external glamour’s thief of soul. . .all dolled and no one there. . .roped off and lonely, but looking good. . . Antithesis of the winner takes stands alone. . .
Amazing how the one lives behind the line and the rest of the world live on the other side!
Jena and Nancy – thank you for sharing your insight. Well said and in due time. I’m empowered by this photo. The courage to walk alone while confidence is being nurtured within.
The image of todays “The winner stands alone” tells me that even when a person is going alone you may draw attention, so be ready for it. Notice the attention, handle it, and then continue on the path.
Well said Jena

Hola Paulo, lo que me pregunto es cuantas personas recordarán que esta hermosa dama ganó un Oscar. Ganador por cuanto tiempo?
The fear of walking our respective journeys alone is one which I’ve recently experienced. The universal energy within me has recently been awakened and I came to understand that it’s something beyond rationale and ‘western’ concepts (or rather a comfort in the familiar and fear to look beyond). I asked myself if taking this path was something I really wanted to do, knowing that I could only walk it alone; knowing I couldn’t speak as freely with others about my experiences.
No sooner had I asked the question that it was answered for me – that even though I may at times stand alone, I will never be truly alone as I am a part of what makes up the energy of the universe and as long as I continue to follow this path, I’ll be able to communicate with this energy and feel much greater love, passion and happiness than should I continue to deny myself this opportunity.

Ps. Charlize is an extraordinary artist and extraordinarily beautiful. Perfect photo for this series!
