Do not try to explain feelings. Live everything intensely and treasure what you feel as a gift from God.

thank u Thelma, and its true that we all have to know the truth, and it will set us free, but so many times in life we know the true but we still have to keep it in us to ourself!! and not to talk it loud,,,yet!!! because it might hurt others feeling,,, so we shouldnt feel bad and guilty about our love!!! but we have to be ready to,,,combine our body and fisical power with our special feeling with a lot of courage! specialy in our special society,,, which is still a little close and not all is acceptable!
ciao for now Orly

Thank you all, especially Orly because, as we have said before LOVE is a mystery!
I fully agree with you, dear Hernán Vilár, but we must not forget the fact that we …live in ..material bodies and we are still far from achieving …harmony between our three ‘bodies’: material, sentimental and spiritual! There are … debts we still have to pay and .. pain to be.. experienced.
“Know the Truth, and the Truth will set you Free” is the answer to the ..achieving complete SILENCE.
LOVE,
Thelma

for me it’s good to know how i’m feeling, if i don’t it’s a state of confusion. i know that not all requires an answer (we’ll know more when we go back home). some feelings need to be acknowledged and cycled through, if not we get bogged down, our back hurts, we have a headache, we’re frustated . all of these things tell us something. frustation would mean one needs more solitude, meditation… if we are fufilled on the inside it shines on the outside…*

La raison de l’ame est de se sentir bien dans sa peau et de porter a fruition le travail de Dieu.

THANK YOU! This is a new found perspective I need to embrace immediately. To embrace what I feel as a gift from God and not try to explain it. The pressure is lifted. How can you explain how you feel when you don’t understand it yourself?

This gives me a sense that a gate has been opened for me to walk through. Thank you Mr. Coelho.

This is one of my favorite quotes from all of your books. It gives me a chance to be silent with myself and love God for what he has given us.

Dear All,
Human beings can feel, think and do things. There has to be harmony between the three, otherwise we will tend to unbalance our interaction with the world – perhaps feeling too much, doing when we ought to be thinking and so on.
So, we are meant to feel feelings, to explain what we think and to perform and act (do), if I make myself understood. Explaining feelings is easy (though seldom true) and to the human thinking even death has a plausible explanation. Hard it is to live with the (feeling) absence of the departed.
Finally, we must silence feeling, thinking and doing in order to listen to the soul. The All (God) does not talk using human words, but The All manifests by giving meaning to every little thing that happens in our lives. The All is only perceived when we silence.
All the best,
Hernán

I Agree with both of you.
When I was a child I used to dance often, then I stopped, pushed by everyday’s needings, routine, etc.
now, sometimes, when I’m alone, I dance again and I feel very well.
Also when I was pregnant I felt the need to dance everyday, because I thought that my son was a gitf from God.
Now my son dances everytime he can, and I’m happy abotut that.
I have decided to start to dance with the rythm of the world; why not?
does anybody tried to do it?
have a nice day.

Dear Sefer JAN, I was thinking what to write and here we are, you have written what I was intended to write!!

I was thinking of Kazantzakis’s Zorbas, who, whenever he felt full of passion, enthusiasm, sadness and he was unable to …express it, he used to start ….DANCE!!

I think that, from my experience, we, people, when we leave childhood we leave also behind our ability to express openly our feelings. Words mean … commitment and they are the bridge towards other souls. We fear disapointment, rejection or ‘acceptance’.

Acceptance then, means losing our…. integrity and self-autonomy. So we end up …talking to ..ourselves, pets or ..pianos;], keeping ourselves in the ‘safe position’ of ..phlegmatic attitude and survival in ..apathy!![ AΠΑΘΕΙΑ= no pathos, without passion]
LOVE,
THELMA

This is so true. Words are weak to explain all feelings ;-)
