Goodbye, MyLover!
*************************************************
Life is full of tragidies,
Sorrow and pain all the way,
Love is just a mere questions
You are nothing but a mirror reflection
I am sorry, if my words did not come out right
I am sorry, if my decisions were difficult to make
But, What about all your promises?
Are they all false, just to make or fake?
Thousand times, yours- “I love you”
Millions times yours- “I care about you”
All are NOW, Puzzle, Sizzles and Drizzles.
Oh dear!, Where did we go wrong?
Is it me, far from you?
Or, are you going someone’s else near?
All my life I worked hard
Who do you think, was this for?
Wasn’t it for you?,you said, you will share!
Pain, sorrows and love all the way
Now I ask you, why do you go someone’s else near?
I am feeling pain, which no one could hear.
I am very old NOW, to properly hear.
Even though, NOW-I have “my family”,
it was you, who I cared.
Well, I hope that very someone will care
There are no regrets, no pain, no suprises
Because Oneday, you did what I feared.
Now I know,Why- Every rose has its throns.
Just like Every night has its dawn.
All promises are broken,
Memories still remains, though!
I know, why I did not said,”I love you”
Because I knew, One day you will fade away.
Good bye, My lover, Good bye.
I hope and pray, Your satisfaction.
With those who will share.
Your beauty and blossomness-
Good bye, and Take care.

i found this message in a meditation website and found it very unifying and wholesome, that each and every human being in the whole world is but a part of the ultimate unity.the website is http://www.saptarishis.com
We are particles of one great light [ GOD]
Love is our nature
Silence is our language
Meditation is our way
This world is our sanctuary
The entire creation is our family
God is our Guru; Rishis are our guides

Every person in this world thinks about their life. Depending on what their life will turn out to be, they will have faith in different aspects. Some may believe that we should take more hold on to the medical views of life, some rather pick psychological points, some think stealing is a good way to earn money, some are not so much fond of stealing, some think it’s absolutely revolting and should be punished for etc., etc. It’s so many ways to go out there.
So I would like to give you an assignement. To think over what You believe in. Try to find at least 25. If you can’t, make it less. I will try to give you an example done on my beliefs. It shouldn’t be that hard… and it’s good to think about what you believe in. You might surprise yourself.
~*~*~*~*~*~
I BELIEVE…
1. in honesty
2. in love
3. that it’s better to lose a battle over a dream than to lose one without ever knowing what you were fighting for
4. that sometimes you have to take risks
5. in the people that I’m close to, people that matter to me
6. if you are creative in something, it will make you feel better about yourself
7. I am studying the right speciality for me
8. in myself
9. in subconciousness
10. in my dreams
11. that I will affect someone during my life (positively, hopefully)
12. in good examples, idols
13. in preserving nature
14. in respectfulness
15. You don’t have to believe in God to live a normal, happy life
16. in goodness of the heart
17. you should accept other people’s point of view, even if it’s not the same as yours
18. you should live your life in one way, but not thinking it’s the only way
19. I am a nice, respectful person
20. that you can become over problems (sometimes problems from your past)
21. you should make a decision with your heart, then you’ll know it’s the right one
22. you can make a difference
23. we are all unique in our special ways
24. I am growing through my life (for the better, I hope)
25. in animals

A wonderful song … Unspoken :-)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UNaZ4R2HU04
I hear daily news
People cry out for their freedom
My eyes turn to You
Don’t they know, Lord, You can lead them
If we all pray for peace
Change will come I believe
As we face the unknown
God heals us when we’re broken
He is there, use your voice
reach for him, make a choice
None of us are alone
Don’t leave your heart unspoken
God heals us when we’re broken
Don’t leave your heart unspoken
I pray save our souls
Help us find a new direction
We’re lost in the cold
Let Your arms be our protection
If we all pray for peace
Change will come I believe
As we face the unknown
God heals us when we’re broken
He is there, use your voice
Raise Your Hands, make a choice
None of us are alone
Don’t leave your heart unspoken
God heals us when we’re broken
Don’t leave your heart unspoken
Out of the dark
Into the light
He is there for us
With all of His might
He has the answers
He hears your prayers
Turn every corner
you’ll find Him there
Don’t leave your heart unspoken
If we all pray for peace
Change will come I believe
As we face the unknown
God heals us when we’re broken
He is there, use your voice
Raise Your Hands, make a choice
None of us are alone
Don’t leave your heart unspoken
God heals us when we’re broken
Don’t leave your heart unspoken

I regard it as relevant today to comment that nothing is really relevant for me today - and I feel it as a blessed stade of mind.
Good night - I go to sleep now.
Will I dream something of relevance? - The conditions are perfect.

I´m so humble and grateful today.
Because this friday my oldest daughter fell on the ice and had a injury on her chin and she had to saw two stitches.
But it could have been worse, so I´m grateful that she have her teeths whole for example.
And today a person very close to me went to the doctor because he had pain when he peed and I had a thought that he could have prostata cancer.
But he only had a inflammation in the prostata.
So I´m happy and grateful because things could have been worse.
And today I was almost hitted by a truck that came over on the wrong side, but in the last minute I honked an he went back to his side of the road.
2008 and 2009 seems to be years of many things happening good and bad and also change, making me wake up.
Also making me develope courage, faith and patience and trusting in God, the guardian angles and the guides :-).
And I trust in them 100 %.
I believe in miracles :-)
Love Jessica

This is something I wrote down yesterday after watching the Federer v. Nadal tennis match. I don’t tend to share these written thoughts, but I thought I would give it a go…
“On Losing”
You can do a lot more with losing. It is not that I actually encourage failure, on the contrary. But we will all undoubtedly face the biterness of not quite being clever enough, fast enough, beautiful enough, tough enough. What I am saying is that when this inevitable moment arrives, it extends to us a hand filled with a whole range of opportunities that winning does not allow.
When a victory is had, a peak is reached: whether it be a local poetry competition, an international sporting final or a presidential election, for a moment, a new height has been reached. The feelings, emotions and sensations accompanied by this win are necessary: they are something we crave, something we strive for. But when we lose, the abyss opens before our feet, and it is ultimately up to us to choose how far we fall. The act of falling is in itself an adventure: we discover our weakness, sensitivity, pain. And yet it is precisely these “negative” feelings that allow us to become who we really want to or should be. A champion does not drown in these feelings: he kicks against them; using them as a springboard to discover his resolve, his passion his strength and to discover how high he can rise again. It is not easy, but it is in the hardship of this process where our true character will blossom. A champion is not remembered for his failings, but he himslef must harness them, must remember and learn from them, so that from there he can leap up and reach those victories: victories that the rest of the world will not forget.
“The foundations of our victory are built from the stones we gathered as we trawled the abyss of our failure.”

A very rough translation, doesn’t even have the right measurements and rhymes of a decent poem. Then again, I just write what I felt at the moment.
The title “Mahal” (Muh-hal) means “Love” and “Expensive” in Filipino language, but I had second thoughts of putting “Expensive Love” as its title. This poem is supposed to be about some of the ironies of prostitution or better yet, paying to feel loved. Anyways, I’m just drunk.
Mahal
by Chuy Adriano
Tirik ang gabi. (The night is ripe)
Saksi ang anino sa pagbili (Shadows witness transactions
Ng pag-ibig na isang kilo, (In the dark, one kilo of love
walang bakas ng pagsamo, (no sign of affection
o pag-suyo. (business has no emotion
De-ora ang kalakalan (Meats are served and measured
ng mga kalamnan. (by the hour
Mahirap na nga ang buhay, (Life is that hard-
Lalo na ang bumuhay (as hard as
Ng isang patay, (that someone
Na dinala sa hukay ang iyong (who took your heart
puso. (to the grave
Sadyang nakalulungkot (hence, the sad irony
Ang kabalintunaan,
Na kung bakit bawal (when why it’s forbidden
Magpalabas sa loob (to release inside
O dapat mahal ang magmahal. (or why love’s to be bought
Tirik (the night is ripe)
Ang
Gabi.

The following is an exercpt from my recent Spiritual Stories Newsletter that I’d like to share:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I’d also like to thank the many many people who emailed me after the most recent newsletter about letting go. It really touched me to know that I had connected with so many of you. As you can see, even my own adventure of letting go continues… a little bit at a time - with the website still not working properly.
The important thing though, is that I continue to be accepting of this experience, that I make the best of it, and ultimately that I am present with it. Sure things don’t work perfectly, but right now they work good enough… you can read the stories, you can enjoy the stories, and you can be present with the stories and gain insights from them.
I’m grateful for that….
Searching For Relevance in People’s Lives
Sometimes it just occurs to me. I really want to live being relevant. To everything I value the most.
I remember one person told me that he finds me to be the most relevant woman in his life. But he said something else. He said I am his most rational decision. Then I was bothered by that last sentence. Relevance and rational in one equation feels like I’m some kind of an object. But how did I want him to phrase that? I don’t know. Maybe it has a lot to do with how he made me feel which probably is close to that–object. By trying to be relevant, I was objectified into something I didn’t want to be.
I guess I thrive on my loved ones affirmation most of the time. It is always like I don’t care what other people say so long as the people that matter to me most believe that I am just what I am without all the unnecessary interpretations.
Now, why am I saying these incoherent things? Because it just occurred.
Valuing relationships. What could be more important than this?
The purpose of my blog is to encourage teachers in Africa to use technology as a teaching aid. The children of the continent has been neglected for too long. You may be interested to learn about the Khanya project in the Western Cape, South Africa, where we have already provided computer access to over 700 000 children. I broke the record for the longest poem in the world (see http://www.e4africa.co.za/?page_id=117) in honor of this project. Here are the first few stanzas:
A rooster crows at break of dawn
He’s quiet in the night
The world observes – a marvel born –
It crows – it sees the light
There’s little good news in the world
If only there were more
When good things sometimes are unfurled
Its source one must explore
From rooftops shout – loudly proclaim –
Worldwide let it resound
Share it with all – ignite the flame –
When such good news is found
A tale that simply must be told
About the Khanya light
In Africa it does unfold
Illuminating bright
While many in the darkness grope
Appears this brilliant sun
It radiates much needed hope
And shows what can be done
From small beginnings – taken shape –
It’s no mere replica
Conceived and born in Western Cape
Down South in Africa
It is unique in every way
With quite specific aims
And time has proved that it will stay
To live up to its claims
The name – Khanya – a Xhosa word
Is given by design
With pride it is being conferred
It means ‘the light will shine’
