Right,for we are not perfect.Is not black or white only.I quote from the movie”Someone likes it hot”:”Nobody is perfect”.
I thought that “The Devil and Miss Pryn” was a really good book in looking at good and evil. I found this passage noteworthy:
I’m not trying to prove that humanity is perverse. What I’m trying to do is to prove that I unconsciously asked for the things that happened to me. Because I’m evil, a total degenerate, and I deserved the punishment that life gave me.” “You’re trying to prove that God is just?” “Maybe” “I don’t know if God is just. He hasn’t treated me particularly fairly, and it’s that sense of powerlessness that has destroyed my soul. I cannot be as good as I would like to be, nor as bad as I think I need to be. A few minutes ago, I thought He had chosen me to avenge Himself for all the sadness men cause Him. I think you have the same doubts, albeit on a much larger scale, because your goodness was not rewarded.”
“Your problem hasn’t to do with God’s justice exactly,” “It’s more the fact that you always chose to be a victim of circumstance. I tend to look for the good in people and had a really hard time finding it in a particular person I worked for. He proved time and time again that he wanted to be the same as everybody else and be loved by all; yet his actions would be saturated in evil. He was really struggling at that point in our lives to love even himself. I hope life has helped him draw from his individual strengths and weaknesses, and that he has found what love truly is.
I also liked this quote from the book:
“Man needs what’s worst in him in order to achieve what’s best in him.”
nobody is perfect, only a perfect one could be the perfect good. and i dont think nobody is only bad,,,, the good and bad give the balance in us for the society… we compare,,, and we know that if bad is here,,, also good is here, and we have to remember that in all our life imbalance wont help…. so we smile- and cry
happy- sad
love -not love
bad – good
and thats how we go on and on,,,,,,,,,
It is our fear that makes us behave evil or bad to protect our selves from pain, but we only hurt our selves in that way.
We need to see our shadow and hug it, give our shadow love.
When the troll comes out from the shadow into the light it will crack.
What goes around comes around, so we better share love ;-)

Hey,people have you ever met a real evil person?A demon?Cause I did and trust me there was nothing good in that one.wether he was born like that or not,I do not know..
It was nothing like “selfish,inward focused viewpoints” ect..wasn’t one of those..

Where did the opponent come from, and what did he come to oppose? Does an opponent have a legitimate point of view, do I?
No Candie… sorry, but the statement is true… and I am able to see the good in everyone… no matter how evil they might be… we must be capable of seeing the child in everyone… especially in ourselves…

What if people we see as evil are those who only allow, at that time in their lives, for their own selfish, inward focused viewpoints and desires to block out their understanding of the power that empathy, compassion and camaraderie hold? Those who cannot see that love is already within their soul, so they must force out of others compliance to their perceived needs. So, in actuality, they are not fully evil but empty of the knowledge of good because of monochromatic, opaque vision?
Well… I think that every human being indeed carries good and bad within. If one is showing you only his ugly site, that does not mean he doesn’t show his good site to others.
Even the most evil man on earth showed something good towards their mother for example…they were all cute little babys once upon a time. With some people the good is just so far away hidden that the person itself can’t even seem to find, or does not even bother to find, the good in himself anymore.

But I can’t agree.There are some real evil persons(?)out there who don’t deserve to search the causes why there are like that.No mercy for those people.You all know what I’m talking about..
