True words and I also agree with mia,we need passion.
yes tomorrow is a blessing when choose to see that,i think we all take time for granted at various stages of our life, its not like we can go back and eraducate all we may wish to do differently.when we are children we are very aware as as we approach our teens hormones and nature takes the steering wheel for a bit .this tide turns and as we move forward we learn to appreciate time .if you have ever had a near death experience or a chronic illness u can become acutely aware of time and the blessing that is a new day.tomorrow is unwritten .tomorrow is hope.time is the heart and it keeps on beating.x
A beautiful song my dearest Annie. For a minute a thought that you had decided to send us one of your beautiful compositions sang by you. ;]
I love you too my … third daughter, Annie.

hermoso espacio!
As I said in my post concerning the Tree, we may not have the immortality we seek – eternity in this body would be too much anyway -but surely (God willing) we have at least this: we have our tomorrows….
and dreams, such vivid dreams, yet unrealized and ripe with promise.
yes tomorrow is our hope esperanza and i live the today , i live every day to my best,,, and i know that tomorrow will be even better,,, i love every day of my life,,, just love it!!!
When I think of this quote, I see a plait of hair. Divided into three sections, one the past, one the present and one the future.
Each past action affects the present and each action made in the present affects the future.
They are interwoven, to form a unique pattern that is a person’s life.
I hope mine, when my final day is come is a rich tapestry of colour.
Many thanks.
I wrote this one some yesterdays ago:
TOMORROW
The rain came early; unpredicted by the weather underground
The pundits pondered, gave their words a laundry run-around
Proclaimed the world at fault, their wages stashed in mattress hair
And duly washed their hands upon this troublesome affair
The dam once broken floods the lawn with past rainfall
Wets my broken feet and causes cars to stall
Out in the street washing yellow lines from the curb
Footprints pad past wilted roses lest their thorns disturb
The sleeping queues of clotted arteries carbon clogged
The rolling hills of forests long past logged
The shattered glass from windows wondrous lost
The future’s shed its children brought to cost
And now the water shed from eyes that well
Drip the beat retreat from corpses where they fell
Sons and daughters drowned in light of a 100 TV crews
Daylight darker that all the ink that masquerades as news

This is what makes life interesting. We do not know that tomorrow is promised, but we still carry on because we know we are well. For those that know death is inevitable let their last words come full circle and the truth is able to be seen through all the lies we are ever taught or told since childhood. Do your best, trust yourself, dream big.
I went to bed last night thinking “What is the purpose of all this waiting?” “I want to wake up tomorrow and be in a certain place.” Today is tomorrow and I still have dreams to realize. Tomorrow will be tomorrow and I will still have dreams to realize. This day is a blessing. The journey is a blessing. It is sometimes easy to lose sight of this when I am waiting. I realize that I need to keep seeing the mysteries and not think of it as waiting. Everything is happening as it is supposed to. I need to live in the present and be thankful for each day and each gift.
True words and I also agree with mia,we need passion.
Yes,we need a purpose in life,we need to feel we are worthy, that life do have a meaning.Dreams are so many, never ends.At least we hope great part we realize.
also, better to have the passion to fuel the dream.. being passionate makes life interesting, well worth living..
Today, we give our best, we try to follow our deam each day. If we don’t fully succeed today, if we have obsticles or delays, or it just takes time, we know, that there is tomorrow.
And sometimes it is even neccecary that we delay something, to give life a chance to show us maybe something we haven’t learned yet, to proceed. Lean something new to get to our dream even better, more officient.
But we would have to be careful not to start living in tomorrow… while doing that.
My father had cancer in the mouth[too much cigarette smoking] and he new it, he was going to die. Just one week before dying he said to me: ‘When I am going to be well again, I will come to re-plant this rose bush down there near your garage, because there is not enough sun there..’
He has never ceased making plans and dreams..
He died 30 years ago and everyday he is in my heart and thoughts.
LOVE,
Thelma
