People will tell you that if you are too close to a problem, you should just step back and take a look from a different angle.
Sometimes though that is not enough; for some problems objective distance is impossible for stakeholders so you really need someone else to look at your situation and tell you their perspective.
It takes maturity and integrity to recognise those times when you can’t see the writing on the wall because you are one of the bricks.

“Many people have travelled this world with different dreams ,purposes and aspirations. Many are masters, teachers, inventors and followers. They were all sent by the creator of the Universe to achieve one just course:” global peace and unification”. But this course cannot be achieved without unconditional love, which possesses the magical powers of the Divine for transformation. When the human race embraces love unconditional, then the lost will be found, the naked will be clothed, the hungry will be fed, the bombs will be destroyed and there will be peace and unity which will make us all to speak one language :”LOVE” Let love abide.” Philip Brown

CYBERNATION: FLIRTING AND SEDUCTION
Usually Eros as Cupid is represented flying around or sneaking up on two human lovers with his quiver of arrows. This is a rare print (in my experience) of Cupid kissing. Perhaps he has already shot himself in the foot and she is Psyche. Is the shot in the foot the essence of Seduction?

Logo chegou a depressão.

Thank you munrocea for the information you put in your comment. It is devastating to hear such things are going on in Sudan and maybe even in other countries. What have some human beings become!??
I also admire what you are doing!

I just returned from a debrief on an NGO [ILO funded] project for anti-child trafficking and child labour.
I agree that without an evaluator, then it would be difficult to understand where this project has taken the NGO and its regional work in the last 3years.
It also meant new laws and policies were instructed… and so, the NGO next project had to be ammended to align…
without the external view… no doubt the forum would end up with the male participants making silly jokes, the women waiting patiently for real action to get underway etc etc..
we would all be in our own little bubbles believing in our ego’s confidence.
thank goodness for ILO i say today… my heroes ;o)
but I also heard a really disturbing story - as the forum moved on to illegal immigration and smuggling of people… to talk also on organ theft..
it’s a story i’ve heard before perhaps on the news?
a young person in a new city, maybe a tourist - is decieved, tricked etc… and ends up waking up..
they are in a bath of ice cold water.
on the ceiling written above are the words “don’t move or you will die. call this number xkquetdheodj and someone will come and help you.”
this is the way organ theft can take place - if its one of your kidneys… the other case would be your heart…
and lastly.. i heard that since human trafficking faces less risks than drug trafficking - as a result of improved detection and tracking of drugs being smuggled….
that many drug traffickers are turning to the trade of human trafficking.
i have to say, that this is perhaps one of the sickest manifestations ever to prominate in our global society and i pray fervently that this terror and its foul participants can be stopped.
— but like prostitution, whilst the demand is there {ie: men wanting sex with a prostitute]
then likewise the crime will continue..
since many doctors are even involved in these removal of organs … since it requires serious surgery…
since many immigration and police are involved in the trafficking of children for child labour [including the sex trade]..
I am, thus in awe of work done by people of ILO, UNICEF etc..
and it is a terrible outcome for the people of Sudan that this week the NGOs have all been told “to go” by the ruling party leader.
imagine how the situation will change for those in refugee camps… who fear getting raped just going to fetch water, or fear dying of thirst if they don’t move…
imagine all these people supported in one way or another by these NGOs…
because their government is failing to do so ..
because, like Zimbabwe, Sudan is allowed to continue to be abused by it’s own so-called empowered leaders.
……………………………………………..
i wish the world would wake up to its own mirror - for people to not just see themselves reflected back all the time - and to “be the change” instead…
rather than allowing these bullies and tyrants take a hold…
on the day mugabe had his lavish bday party {85th} … i listened to an announcement on ghana tv of this event…
it’s strange, i haven’t heard many other birthday wishes by this news station to other presidents birthdays…
how can he receive so much acknowledgement?!!??
so, i shall be praying for the future of places like Sudan - because these people are in for a rough road ahead.

I do agree with Mierin 100%.It’s by developping intuition that you get a better understanding of people around you.You need to stop “interferences” as well by focusing more on what you “feel” instead of what you “think”.Developping your intuition is very important if not to say vital.

Dear Colin,
I do sometimes think of myself as one of the bricks. But what would the solution be? A therapist? Because anyone else already in your life would already be a stakeholder, as you call them, since they have an interest in you or your situation… And therapists do help (this is experience talking), but I think the actual solution is to learn how to see yourself in the mirror.

A major question in the field of phylosophy of language is “How does a meaning of a sentence emerge out of its own parts?”
Answer: words just transmit thoughts, the act of envisioning your idea and passing it to the other can be thought as telepathy.
People with similar backgrounds tend to exchange ideas faster. Maybe the gaining of this background can be seen as synchronising their mental processes, and therefore explaining the lesser need for words, and therefore jumping on a semi telepathic level in the communication with the other person.
Synchronizing would then can happen with time by equaling body language and semantic perceptions (i.e. getting a mutual agreement on the exact meaning of every word).
From just words to undestanding the envisioned idea comes into play the intuition, that literally like a child pulls you by the coat and points the right direction.
So the more you trust your intuition the more you get into a higher level of understanding with the people around you.

Hi everybody,
There is a good article from the Scientific American.
-Building the 21st century mind-
Professor of cognition and education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Howard Gardner, reveals the five minds you need for success, how to make better decisions and why ethics are critical.
I remember attending a workshop in childcare and his methods were discussed.

Joseph believed (by the message of the angel) and accepted.
Tomorrow I shall pray for our listening to God’s messages and to our acceptance.
I even I had a story similar to Joseph, and tomorrow I shall also ask that God helps me to have the courage of; and what he(it) helps all those who received a message (and they are many: some come to see me, the others write me: thanks to all for your testimonies = I feel less alone)
