Lina L – thank you for your comment I agree with what you are saying.
I believe these days people are quite capable to know where their strengths and weaknesses lie – one does not need to have a degree to be looking at things in an objective way -
One must never underestimate anybody or take anything for granted either.
As John Lennon says “Life is what happens to you when you are busy making other plans”
To every problem there is a solution. The solution lies inside yourself. No one can do it for you. The same as no one knows what goes inside somebody else head.
What might appear as criticism to some people might mean something totally different to another one. Who are we to judge?
Personally, I have never been to a psychologist and have no intention of seeing one, I have had experiences with some of them through other people though.
I have an inquiring mind and when I see the way people are popping these pills when another natural alternative can be find before, I like to question: why is not it being tried?
Love
Why we suffer when someone we really love dies? Because if most of us, Catholics believe in eternal life why we feel so sad when that happens? We could only say “see you one day…or see you later”, but no, sadness fills ours hearts and it’s very hard to forget that lost. Tell me why we are not ready to go through this issue without any pain?
Marie-Christine: I think, in ideal, (for me) would be, when a person turns to himself/herself. Most likely, if we truly want to understand ourselves, because of the troubled times we are having, we will find the solution. If we only want to.
But sadly – not all want to look into themselves. Many like to critisize and analyse others, but when it comes to critisizing and analysing themselves and their actions, they are left silent, they don’t know how to do it. They do not want to do it.
If we tried to look into ourselves, and find that strenght in ourselves, to change our world for the better, we would be able to do that. And this can also mean – starting to be open to the signs, see them, listen to them, believe in them. We should start to work with ourselves to improve our lives.
I think it’s important that we trust ourselves.
I think it’s important that we believe in ourselves.
I think it’s important that we want to solve the problem ourselves.
Yes, sometimes we need outer help, the help of other people, and quite often, we need it, actually. But in ideal, we should try to turn to ourselves with the bigger, existencial problems.
Look in Your soul. Don’t be frighten of it. Listen to it. Act on it.
Love from Estonia,
Liina L.
Merci beaucoup
I like what you say again Ca
Are you a Reiki Master?
It leads me to think that there are times in our lives where we are under stress and we don’t know where to turn to.
Going to the psychiatrist and popping pills should come as a last resort. I believe the health authorities must look into different ways of treating stress disorders by using Reiki or other methods like sophrology, the Alexander method, etc the natural way and psychiatry, nursing, counselling. It does not mean the end of psychologists or psychiatrists, they still will have their say. Other ways must be recognised and become as important to the recovery of the patients. It is not charlatan’s work as they will lead us to believe, it has its benefits.Combining all of these might become something that will help the world in the long run with the problems we all experience at a point in our life. Living a healthy life is what we all aspire to after all.
