That was me this morning, dragging myself out of bed at 4:30 in order to get up to the yoga studio in time to teach my morning class. If it were me alone, I might not have made it, but just knowing that someone would be there waiting for me, expecting me, made not going, or going in late, impossible to even consider. The best way to maintain a consistent and dedicated practice is to invite others to practice with you. At least it works for me.

I definitely agree,is like the saying “The moment the pupil is ready,
the Master appears”.Well,sometimes took more time,sometimes less,but we will arrive at our destination,if we follow with courage our own path.
