Last year my newborn daughter stopped breathing in my arms. She has since recovered and is now thriving, but I continue to heal from that event, so to me, breathing is the most purest, rawest, most unadulterated form of worship and inspiration there is. And writing holds unbridled power and is itself inspirational, spiritual, and most of all, healing. And I heal by having a Personal Legend, which is to say my ministry (which one must absolutely go on a spiritual quest for).
I heal by knowing I give my daughter my life with every breath, every day. My entire focus is on her health and the mystery of my ministry, for the two are intertwined like a ribbon cleaved to glass. With each look of her eyes I see an angel up close, and with every cry I feel the strength in her lungs, and I know that my ministry is just as strongly breathing. And breathing is my only requirement of her – she can never stop again. All other love is completely unconditional. Just breathe, that is what I demand. Stay alive. Let me take any pain you have ever and will ever have away from you. You are utterly amazing.
Life is ultimately about healing, a quest for healing.
Dear Anthony, my granny used to read Tarot cards. She was a teacher of French,so she was serious person enough ,I guess. I took once to her my friend that asked to do that,but me personally I never felt the desire to go ask cards about future. My granny did that for free and only for friends. Sometimes my father, her son, was angry and told her this is a sin. To me come only to laugh, what a big sin might be.Poor old lady,if she feel the need to have that small entertainment, why accuse her.

I can totally agree with Marielle. I’ve had lots of Tarot readings and it was a little time ago when I finally understood that they don’t lead you anywhere. First of all, they just tell you stuff you already know or stuff you can relate to so you’ll be all amazed thinking ” wow how did you know that”. Second, the fact that you’re struggling with where you are right now won’t be solved with anything close to a Tarot reading.. it might even confuse you more because as Marielle said, you’ll probably just end up feeling that what the Tarot reader said is what WILL happen and, unconcious, you’ll be making your own path into that future that was predicted.
My most honest advice would be for you to try to analize yourself, and why are you feeling that way: what do you like about your life? what you don’t? what would you like to change? I promise that if you examine your life the answer will surely come.

I really understand how you feel but you should always remember, first of all, that true beauty lies within your heart and soul.
I know it’s hard to understand sometimes but it’s true.
Second of all, if you want to lose weight, you should make it your purpose and turn it into a challenge instead. I wrote this for you and I hope it helps to make you feel a little better:

Beautiful is not the Sun: beautiful are those glorious, morning sunlight rays, that are irradiated from the nucleous of the Sun. They can’t be seen, but they can surely be felt.

Inner beauty is what really counts in an individual. You can be the most beautiful body in the world, but if your heart is not pure, i wouldn’t see you as incredibly beautiful. How do you see yourself inside? I know how one can feel ugly and unattractive especially because of weight. Personally i feel, while inner beauty counts most, you’ve got to be comfortable with yourself on the outside too as it affects your frame of mine. You must not forget that, our body is part of who you are as well. I’ve been in your position, and i’ve come to realise that only you can make the change. Your weight can be lost, but you’ve got to make the effort to try. Look inside you and see why you lose control of yourself and deal with it. No body is perfect but most are lovely in their own way. You’re 24 and have your life ahead of you.. And if you want people to take note of you physically, you have to love yourself as this radiates throughout. Make the change so you can be happier with yourself. Only you can do it, and it should be done only for you. Just ask yourself- are you fulfilling the image you’ve always wanted to be? Are you shaping up to that person is every aspect? If not, start changing, it can be done and now’s the time to do it. You can. Just try, or you might regret it.

My mum was a Tarot Card reader, she even did a study for it for 4 years. You have nothing to fear first of all.
If the lady has enough experience and intuition she will only tell you what you basicly allready knew, but just couldn’t put your finger on. If she doesn’t know what she’s doing you will not have a clue what she’s talking about :)
The only problem I personally have with tarot card readings is the following: you usually pick a card for your Past situation, the Present situation, and the Outcome of it regarding a specific problem you are having. And sometimes extra cards are used to describe the road from A to B more clearly. I often notice that as soon as people understood the outcome of it by having a cardreading, they will start living accordingly to make sure the outcome will be right.
For me it felt like giving up part of my free will, because I noticed that I always made sure the outcome would be right. Thats why I let the cards be the cards, and found clearer ways to listen to my own “intuitive voice”, it basicly says the same.

Oh Sofie. What to say? I just noticed that I am not as last summer,means must loose weight. But it will happen,because I go more often out walking, not taking means of transport, doing house chores, going in park with nephews and dog. I try to drink tea with no sugar instead of soda sweet beverages.Dont worry, just live the life, and some good thing will come in your way too.
Change of topic. I laughed a lot now, just saw news in tv. There was the cars salon in China, big exhibit. So, people working for famous Mercedes had a bad surprise when they saw the model of car presented by the Chinese Geely company. Is a poor copy of their famous Phantom model from the Mercedes.
Let us return to the question of unwanted pregnancies. Once again, to examine the question of choice: the free will to do what is right or wrong. Not an absence of possibilities that lets others decide they know best what we should do with our lives, our bodies and who, by denying us the possibility of choice, limit our opportunities for growth and taking responsibility –sometimes eternal– for our own mistakes. Keep in mind, God didn’t remove the forbidden trees, au contraire; he pointed them out to Eve.

On my way to the office, I was all poised and everything. Then I fall from the stairs making my bag popped out and surprisingly the colorful bread “siopao” from my bag rolled over and people stared at me like I am a disease. They helped but they laughed..
from that laugh… I felt I am in the past 3 years of my life. The girl who is over weight and ugly.
I think I will never see myself beautiful, but I have or else no one will. Anyway, what is the concept of Physical Beauty anyway.
In 24 years existence in life, I just pray that one day I may able to embrace my self as whole… just because of physical outlook.

Hi Paulo/all warriors of the Light
being brought up in a traditional catholic background in England…the use of tarot cards as a way of relating to what is going on currently in ones life etc has always had an element of suspicion about it…that it was ‘not right’ (from the dar side!!)etc…..I have booked an appointment to have a Tarot read later today, the first one that I have ever dared in my life!!!! The reason, well I am struggling with where I am right now and I feel that I need some ‘guidance’…..so as i drove my son to school this morning, just by chance I saw a sign advertising tarot and healing, on a little industrial estate just of a country road. Having dropped my son off….I went to the place and spoke to a lovely lady, and have booked a tarot read…!! Have I anything to fear? or os this a channel of communication that God can use to guide and direct us….rather than it being seen as something from the ‘Dark Side’? I suppose deep down I see it is a road/ a means of communication that God can use…..and maybe the sign for the Taorot lady that I saw was truly a ‘Sign’ that I need to explore this route?
