To Bartlomiej
I recently read an lgbt novel… and in one instance, a religious character told the protagonist that LOVE comes from God, and that to turn away from Love means to turn away from God. But real LOVE is hard to achieve because it is a feeling BEYOND infatuations or desire. REAL LOVE is supposed to fill one’s heart with indescribable happiness…
Well, dear ME thanks, even if your explanation dont clear much. You wrong if you think I am against Islam, indeed the desire to see clear and erase false believes could show you that. The things I asked about were in tv, not mine ideas. Anyways, I personally have many Muslims friends, and I can say that the majority are good people. My mistake is that I still lack the ability to search alone information, so I asked , as may were asking about other religions, here on blog. I agree mysteries at times cant be explained, thats it. So, my intention was not a bad one, more curiosity. Once again so sorry if I used terms that might offend, mea culpa. k
Love for everybody
Alexandra
Thank you Mr. Coelho for this space in your site.
I think that the most important contribute that you have been given to the literature is to give a new light to common people.
I’m doing my best to give my contribution to the world surrounding me.
Every single day worth to be lived in the best way we can. All the days we have lived has transformed us in the person we are now. And we can become the person we want to be simply living our lives as a wonderful gift.
Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è già dentro di te.

hello ME, i am so curious now, what will you do? what will it bring you and why will it hurt others? How will you cope with the tension taht causes and what will it cost you?
To Tatyana – Pure Love is BEAUTIFUL! I thoroughly enjoyed reading and feeling it.
I used to keep a blog but out of frustration made a poor choice to delete the blog. Months of dedication and commitment to writing, I completely disrespected my own thoughts and trashed / deleted the blog from the cyberworld. I did save some of the entries and began reading them tonight and my soul cried out. I wasn’t sure if it was the pain of neglecting what I loved so much, or if it was the pain of turning on myself.
I began a new blog tonight. Starting over…being committed to me. It felt good. I felt love become alive on the inside.
All good people,
I am glad to read you, always. For me, Reiki is the most sacred Energie that exists. I do every day reiki for people I love most in my life, and also according to those who need it. Yesterday, my father sent for me a picture and I did reiki to him. When I finished, I connected by msn and he confirmed have felt a good energy. I was happy with it, know that my energy comes through reiki. I live my life with the principles of Reiki and that for me is blessed.
Love ant gratitude to all,
Ca
I am trying to find myself lately, but I’m strugling along the way…It is a hard path, but I am walking down knowing that the universe is helping me…
About Islam and the ’40-70 virgins’:
In every religion on the face of this earth, there are some things beyond the comprehension of human beings, yet it is not our right to question or to show ‘astonishment’ or shock or whatever it is one might feel at hearing or knowing these things whether we our followers of this religion or another.
What I would like to say is this:
If Islam really promised these ’40-70′ virgins in Heaven its purpose solely lay in preventing men from committing adultery as it was very common at the time when Islam first came.
Men and women were sleeping together like animals did, bringing bastards into a society where women had few or no rights and where they could not work or bring home food for the bastard they had brought into the world. Men would cheat on their wives and prostitution was common. If religion had merely interfered by telling men to stop this as it is sinful and degrading, men would have found it hard to abide because it was not soemthing they were used to, however, with the promise of these virgins, men found it easier and they stopped adultery and became more faithful to their wives.
Every religion was found to create discipline and to lay down rules for humans to follow, otherwise people would live an unjust and a poorly life.
Now, Islam is misunderstood by many people who are against it and it has caused a lot of controversies amongst all. Islam is just a religion like any other, and its main purpose is to create justice and spread love among everyone. In a society where men disrespect women and treat them as sexual objects, love cannot exist. There are many examples of this in the life we live today.
Imagine if you have never been with a man before your husband and if your husband has never been with a woman before you, you’d both be able to live pure and clean love without comparing him to the many other men you’ve been with and he comparing you with the women he’s been with, there would be no sexual diseases and everyone would live a happier life.
Anyway, Islam did not promise that many virgins, and the virgins were promised to the single men. Of course, if you and your husband meet in the same place in Heaven, you will be together.
I cannot say more about the matter as there are many things I do not know and am not sure of, but I suggest – before talking about the beliefs of other people and expressing astonishment – checking your information. There’s a lot I can express astonishment about when it comes to the social rules people in Greece or anywhere else are living in, but I would not do that out of respect and out of my understanding that people are different and being different is neither wrong nor bad.
Anyway, take care!
Alexandra, u should read more about islam before posting false comments dear :-) that’s not what islam promises in Heaven ;)
Anyway, tomorrow everything will change for me people. I’m following my dream, I’m just jumping without looking down, I’m breakin free of the people who have wanted to control me in the name of love, I’m creating my own life, I’m taking the final step. It is so scary, but so beautiful. I have never thought I would be able to achieve my life’s dream but here I am, doing it and hurting the others that have stood in my way. I wish they hadn’t done that, things would have been easier for all of us. Oh well, I guess one thing is true, you can never change those around you but you can always make the change in yourself. And this is what I am doing.
Take care everyone!
Bless you
she jumped onto the floater.
don’t! i yelled,
the water gushed over our feet and soaked my trainers, with one hand i hung on to the rope, with the other i clenched the picknickbasket, – my camera was in there, – and my phone!
the floater wobbled,
Carla grinned deviously,
then her eyes widened, her grin faded as she went down on the slippery wood. Her weight slid on to my side,
the floater tumbled and released its load into the water.
i stood in the pond,
the not-all-that-cold water gushed around my thighs.
i looked at Carla in shock: yes! 41 years old and still managing to fall into ponds, swamps and cow dung at any chance i get!

The Warrior of the Light,
having on the road to self-mastery
by constant living and reflection,
is a serene person.
He walks while others are running.
He whispers when others are shouting.
He sleeps when others are restless.
He smiles when others are angry.
He pauses when others are hurrying.
He prays when others are doubting.
He thinks clearly when others are in confusion.
He knows inner calm inspite of everything.

I was astonished when I heard Muslims believe after live they go in a sort of paradise, and they got there 40 or 70 virgins. Why they dont meet with their wife, or fiance? Is strange. We use to think in heaven we meet with our lover, wife, husband even after life. For me, with lot respect, seems a sort of a bribe that promise, the plenty of virgins. And if they dead, what they want to do with the virgins?….
I am sorry if anyone will feel hurt, but I am a curios being, would like to hear a valid explanation.
Enough! Religious Hatred Can Be Ended.
It’s May, 2009. Americans and Iraqis are killing each other in the Middle East. Several young men in Pakistan murdered their own sister the other day because they decided her choice of a singing career was sinful. A man has been apprehended by the police in Connecticut after murdering a Wesleyan College student and threatening to kill more Jews. Jews and Palestinians continue to kill each other in the Holy Land. A man in Brockton, MA, my home town, appeared in court today for his arraignment on a murder charge: while waiting in jail, he carved a swastika on his forehead in order to clarify whom he hates and thinks should die. All of this is of course dutifully and sensationally reported by the Press, always happy to stir up more agitation and sell more newspapers.
And so it goes. On and on. Everybody hates everybody else, and sooner or later someone who agrees picks up a gun or a knife or a bomb and does the “work of God.”
Then the atheists chime in, self-righteously spewing venom toward anyone who believes in anything, and blaming ‘religion’ (or God) for all the violent idiocy of people. But hatred is the cause, not religion, and these atheists have as much hatred as anyone else. They just have a different belief system based on buzz words like “proof” and “scientific experimentation” and other modernist mantras that they assume make “obvious” sense: more justifications for why “we’re better than they are”, and “those people don’t get it”, and “all the problems of the world are their fault”, etc., etc.
It never ends. Liberals hate conservatives because conservatives listen to the “Christian Right”. Conservatives hate liberals because liberals are godless heathens. Men hate women because of what Eve did back in the Garden. Women hate men because religion has taught them patriarchy and justifies abuse. Even within religions, sects hate sects, gurus hate gurus. Everybody hates everybody and it never ends.
But it could end. There is a solution.
It’s not a foolish solution (“Everybody give up religion and we’ll all be happy atheists”). It’s not a violent solution (“Let’s kill off everyone who doesn’t believe what we believe”). It’s not a sappy sentimental solution (“Oh, let’s all just love each other”). It’s a real solution. And like most solutions to difficult problems, it’s not ‘simple’. It’s a solution that will require serious efforts to think, to understand, and to make changes in how we live our lives and how we perceive reality. Because if we want the world to change, we have to change. As long as we stay exactly the way we are, the world will stay exactly the way it is. The problem is not “the world”. The problem isn’t “those people”. The problem is us. Period. If we don’t start with that recognition, then all we’ll do is keep on arguing, and ‘reforming’, and complaining, and ‘writing new policies’, and spinning our wheels trying to get somebody else to change. But this has never accomplished anything, and it never will.
Real change always begins with changing the way we think. (The Christian gospels, by the way, say exactly that. The Greek word is metanoia, which does not mean “repentance”. This is a ridiculous misinterpretation. Metanoia means “changing the way we think”).
This is what Socrates worked on with his students. Their minds – like ours — were so clogged up with absurd prejudices and groundless beliefs and indefensible opinions, that he had to force them to question everything and bear witness to their own inner nonsense, until finally they let it go and their minds were empty of all the garbage. Only then could real learning begin. Socrates didn’t try to replace their ‘wrong’ understanding of piety (or justice, or courage, or wisdom) with his own ‘right’ understanding of piety (or justice, or courage, or wisdom). He had no answers for them. He just forced them to drop their own ridiculous ‘answers’, all the foolish assumptions that formed the basis for their useless and violent actions in the world. Then they could begin to learn. If they wanted to.
Most people, of course, don’t want to. It’s much easier to just continue wallowing in our inner nonsense, to go on hating and killing or whatever it is we do to get through the day — bullying people, joining gangs, killing enemies, making fun of anyone who’s different – it’s all the same thing, and it’s all so easy.
We have to want to change. This is why Eros was such an important figure in Greek Mythology. Eros is not simply about sex. Eros represents the desire for everything that is good, true, beautiful and worthwhile. Without this desire nothing will ever change. But if we have it, change is at least possible. And, again, change has to begin with changing how we think. Socrates knew this. The authors of the Gospels knew this. It isn’t a secret! But it isn’t easy. It’s hard. And no one wants to do anything that’s hard. But sometimes, strenuous effort is necessary.
What does all this have to do with ending religious hatred? It means we have to think differently about religion. We all think their religion is teaching something different from our religion, and only our religion is right. So everyone else is ‘wrong’ at best, or ‘evil’ or ‘inferior’ at worst.
But all of this is just foolishness. The whole premise is wrong! All religions are teaching exactly the same thing! And it is not that “we have the real truth”, or “we have to convince everyone to believe this”, or “we must destroy the disbelievers”, or “God is on our side”, or ‘this is what God wants us to do to be moral”, or “this is what really happened in history”, or serpents are evil, or women are bad, or sex is terrible, or abortion is a sin, or atheists are going to hell, or any such nonsense. People get these ideas because they accept misinterpretations (like translating metanoia to mean ‘repentance’), because they take everything superficially and literally without thinking, and because it’s easy to just “believe” what someone else tells us to believe rather than making any effort to think and understand.
So what is religion talking about? It’s talking about the growth and maturity of the human soul. This begins, as noted, with emptying the mind of nonsense and becoming open to real learning. And it continues with efforts of the soul to evolve consciously, to reach higher levels of wisdom and understanding, and ultimately to attain what eastern religions call “Enlightenment”. But this is not an Eastern concept. It’s a Universal concept. We’ve just forgotten it in the west, because we’ve read our mythological and religious literature literally rather than symbolically.
All of these stories, from different times and cultures, seem different on the outside. But on the inside, when we study them symbolically and allegorically – rather than merely literally and historically — they all tell the same story. They consistently weave the tale of a soul – your soul – that has descended into material life and must now do the work to find its way home again. This inner journey, the basis for all ‘Sacred Quest’ legends, has been called “The Return to the Promised Land”, “Persephone’s Ascent to Olympus”, “The Resurrection of the Soul”, “Muhammad’s Journey to the Seven Heavens”, “The Quest for the Holy Grail”, and many other names. Everything that happens along the way – the wars, the joys, the obstacles that are overcome – must all occur deep within oneself. In other words, the esoteric teachings always present the psychological map for spiritual initiation.
When this shared noble purpose, this stunning underlying unity of all our traditions, is finally understood and accepted, there is no further need for religious hatred and bigotry. The atheist observation that ‘these stories are not rational’ becomes irrelevant, and all the ugly enmity between science and religion, liberal and conservative, east and west, Jew and Christian, men and women, heaven and earth, etc., etc., can come to a quiet and inevitable end.
This week I finally felt energized after many weeks of simple fatigue. This little fellow might have had something to do with it. I have never before woken up in the morning to see a squirrel continue its sleep outside my window. It was a first and it filled my heart with joy – how could it not have?

Here’s a piece from my blog post:
Change is Inevitable
“If nothing ever changed, there’d be no butterflies.” ~Author Unknown
Everything is made up of energy ~ “information that vibrates”. Colors, sound, light, life, emotions, thoughts, atoms… are all energetic. Energy is constantly in motion and constantly changing. If we as humans were not changing, we would no longer be in our physical bodies.
Life is change. Fighting or resisting change is what we should fear, not change itself. Change is life. Resisting change creates blockages in the flow of energy.
This energy is known to many by numerous names: chi, prana, Spirit, Universe, the Divine, Divine Love, Universal Love, God… it’s the unexplained essence that all of life is built upon. It is this energy that forms our interconnected with all. We are all part of the same. It flows through everything, always. It is unseen but it can be measured. It is real. We can trust it, always. If it didn’t exist, neither would life.

Bonjour,

My world is not your world, for each of us has his own world, own perspectives, views, thoughts and feelings within which to look at the things around us. The world is a mental creation. Reality is subjective, dependent on how a person look at things in the world. As what a famous psychologist once said, i was not born to live up to your expectations, and you were not born to live up to mine, but if by chance we find each other, it’s beautiful. If you have found me, then, welcome you to my world. http:businessphereconsulting.com
I was first introduced to Paulo Coelho’s Warrior of the Light by reading the book of the same title three years ago. His book is like a guide to self-mastery, pointing the path or the many paths a warrior of the light must take on his or her journey to life. It speaks of calmness of temper, of talking to one’s enemy, of compromises to achieve peace, of finding our purpose in this life. I re-read the book last night and, just like when I read it some three years ago, it has given me additional and fresh insights. http://businessphereconsulting.com
Dear Rakesh Chopra are you the … famous Dr. Rakesh Chopra ??
Yes, energy focused for healing purposes does work. So is prayer and God’s immediate … response.

Hi dear Heart. Thanks, is good to see somebody read my lines. I appreciate your kind heart, dear Heart… No joke, is serious. I miss Savitas wise long comments, she is a brilliant mind after all. Hope she come back soon. Thanks for poem, Tatyana. Unfortunately, I dont have talent to write poetry, even if during childhood I participate with a poem, ode to my country, and had success. But I think is not my skill. Thats why I respect so much people who are able to write nice poems. I love poems a lot. Maybe now better I send you all one poem, not mine.I search another one, still cant find in English. Now this one, from Lucian Blaga, real follower of Jungs ideas.
Magic Sunrise
This is the way it was, the way it will be always.
I wait with my flower of flames in my hand.
Disturbing my greatly exaggerated weeks
the moon powerfully rises.
An earthquake shakes the midnight spheres.
In space—river, shadows, towers, hooves.
The hieratic star liturgically undresses the country.
Up there in the light how fragile the mountain!
The gods’ cities crumble in the eyes of children
like old silk.
How holy matter is,
all sound to the ear!
We should be happy what we have today, you’ll never know what will happen next. :)
Pure Love
I asked my son,
What’s coming next?
He shrugged his shoulders.
I asked the God,
What to expect
Beyond the boulders?
I asked myself,
What steps to make
As not to suffer?
I asked my friend
To keep my heart
Creating buffer.
I asked my heart,
Where Beauty lives,
And where I find it?
I asked my love,
Why can’t we fight
To claim what mine is?
I asked my mind,
Of all the thoughts
Which one is purest?
I asked my star,
Upon return,
Can we be humans?
I asked my Soul,
What do you see
Through Earth and cosmos?
I asked the planet
Giving birth
To keep on earth us.
I asked Today
If brand new day
With joy abounds.
I asked the sky,
Just simply why
You love the clouds?
I asked the wind,
What should we sing
For living lightly?
I asked the sun,
How far you hide
Your bright light nightly?
I asked the moon,
How hard to be
So cold yet shiny?
I asked a tree,
How leaves agree
To hide bee’s honey?
I asked a spring,
Who waters bring
Into existence?
I asked a queen,
Why color green
Is so persistent?
I asked a star,
I asked a friend,
I asked again, I asked…
My questions stopped
Because my heart
Revealed in Beauty:
I can’t restore
What broken was
In two sad pieces.
I shall remove
That envy’s gross
And never miss it.
I learn a lot
With open heart
That’s getting wiser.
A foe from friend
To see apart
Prefer I rather.
I asked my son,
What Pure Love is?
And got all answers:
In this blessed world,
That All That Is
And all that matters.

My Life – My Choice: Dare To Improvise

I was undergoing Reki training. In one of the last sessions we were asked to give collective distance Reki to one person known and who was not well.It was a silent personal session where all channelled their reki energy through me to that person,
Latter in the evening I went to meet the person. A while after pleasatries she said that in the afternoon today she got a very funny sensation and felt full of energy. This was the same time as we were channelising our cosmic energy to her.It worked.
What is responsible for beating my heart right now? A doctor could tell me how my heart beats and why it beats and the muscles that make it beat but a doctor can NEVER tell me the ultimate mystery of what Life Force, and why that Life Force is beating my heart.
Human beings will never really “know” anything actually. And it is our height of folly and arrogance to think that we ever will. All we can know, and all we think we can understand is only through the eyes of our human window, our patterned experience and our narrow interpretation of the world. We will never see the world through a Grizzly Bears eyes and nor should we ever pretend that we can.
There is ONLY mystery…always and forever. It’s the primal reality. There is only the free fall of this unknown moment…everything arising spontaneously and without volition even when we think that we know exactly what’s going to happen, or exactly what’s we’re going to say.
We have no choice but to be driven to understand “why” or “how”…it’s a human habit and a human disposition that results in the furtherment and betterment of society (or sometimes the destruction of our natural world) but let us NEVER, for one minute, EVER believe that we ACTUALLY understand anything…or even come close to understanding…the incomprehensible, the unfathomable, the inexplainable, massive vastness that is this inherent mystery called Life.
…And that is why I believe Aliens built the Moab Desert.

My friend asked me today if feeling love to a person and having sex with that person…What is the relation between these two aspects?
I answered straight, without prolonged consideration that there is only small common area between these aspects and if you do not love that person and you can not see a common future, you should not have sex because that is a lost of your energy and it may hurt yours and that other person morality. What is your point of view my dear friends?
Kind Regards,
Bartlomiej
I am emotionally drained. I don’t know if I follow my heart or my intuation, my mind or embrace the reality! Right NOW, I don’t even know what is reality…
What sweet childhood memories about your Cherries Alexandra! :)

What is censorship? Recently, in England, a list has been made of people who will be banned from entering the country. Mainly the purpose was to stop extremist Muslim leaders who would encourage to acts of violence. In fear of being racists, they then went on to add the American leader of Ku Klux Klan on the list, a leader of a Neo Nazi group on the list, and even included a radical American radio host. How can English authorities ‘convict’ anybody, before they have committed a worse crime than talking freely about their own opinions, often in form of so called ‘hate speech’? Who is deciding who will be on the list? In America, unlike in England, the Constitution guarantee everybody the right of ‘free speech’. So a list like this, would be unconstitutional.
Yesterday, I experienced one of my messages here in this blog, was deleted or lost. This has happened a few times before, and always is a bit irritating. Do we have censorship in this blog, and what are the criteria for being worthy of getting posted?

If Savita Vega reads this, I just want her to know I have enjoyed her online company, I hope to still see her here, and give her my very best wishes for her eventual changes in life, and future writings. I’m very grateful for how generously you have shared yourself with us. Thank you! You’ll be in our prayers.
I’ve spoken to the universe and it spoke to me in various mediums. But yet I’m uncertain. How long does it take for affirmation? How long will it take for me to be fully satisfied that I am heard & watched?
It depends what you mean by collective rituals. For me it´s when two or more share the same passion, the same heart in something.
I´m a believer of fairytales, of stories in any kind ,and when I met my companion and master in art; Katarina, we become squires in the land of fairytales and started to give birth to books for every child and grown up who needs to sit by the fire of eternity and listen to the whispering sound of a story. This is our collective rituals. I´m so filled up with all this characteres and their stories, and more and more people visits the land of fairytales and become owners of some of our books. There will be more. Our kingdom will grow. And most important – the creative mind will open the gates and everything can happen. Always there. Anette Skåhlberg
Today I was longing for some cherries, but they are not ripped now. Dont know why I keep thinking at the cherries. I am not pregnant. With that, I remember how much time I passed on a sour cherry tree while I was child, eating the fruits directly from the branches. It had so many leaves that I could sit there hidden, and laughing at the neighbor, who could not see me. I was climbing that tree, even if once I had an accident. Being too small I could not reach the first branch, so I asked my brother, younger than me , to help. He tried to push me up, but I was to big for him, so he let me down. I had fallen and one leg went into a big piece of glass. Even today I have the sign, but still I miss that tree, with the sweet sour cherries.
Hello!
