thanks for all your response ! i need to become clearer, simplify my understanding on these. and your help libh, Luce, neela, annie, alexandra and thelma and others too who have expressed their view here, is helpful.
probably the intention behind my requests would be a pointer towards whether it's good or bad. for sometime i just plan to stop asking universe for anything, universe knows best, and what is best for me, for my part i will live day to day, trying to remain as coscious, aware, prayerful as i can and leave the rest !

I have read this beautiful quote on a token given to me by my Irish friends the O'Malley. It is a small wooden statue representing a man and a woman in one, embracing one another .. It is for me the image of .. Paradise again.. It is the .. re-discovering of Fire, LOVE. This Divine Love, Eros is only possible, as de Chardin so vividly describes in three lines, by .. mastering 'ourselves' and harnessing the .. ENERGY of Love.
For me, it represents the harmony of our three bodies and by transforming our selves by mastering our .. desires. To be able to master our desires and 'lighten' with our Love, the darkest corners of our minds. Then ..our LOVE will be just .. Paradise on Earth. Unconditional, bright and filling the gabs and emptiness of the World of duality. To live in the material world- our bodies- fully and consciously, but living simultaneously on the … CLOUDS, the Ethereal World.

Ι believe , dearest Aditya , that wrong things are those that harm you and you havent thought them through..for example, asking the universe to help you get a degree that you never wanted..this is wrong for you if it snot your dream and it is your parents dream..or , if someone, let say you, you ask that a girl you like loves you back, again it is wrong if you havent realized the consequences of saying I love you , and you want this just for fun..another example, if you ask to become rich, maybe the Universe will help you..but then is this what you really want, or you think money can cover other needs you have ?maybe you dont need so much money, maybe you in fact ask for Love or richness in Heart..Money are great but for some people the most beautiful and precious things are the simplest i believe…i dont know..

Many years ago I was in sancturay in Loreto, I prayed Mother Mary to let me have a man I had beside me ( I did not know him well, but still I asked) and my prayer was granted.
With him all wrong things entered my life !
And every now and then it comes to my mind words my mother told me:

When insatisfaction is there, to have the courage to look within myself to make sure that my action, my expression, my decision, my way of being is truly meaningful and dedicated for the Cause, the Divine Plan. At AA meetings, often, members say be careful of what you ask … you may get it and be stuck with it! Or don’t mix up desire and need … I may desire a good life and think that I need plenty of money. So I work, work, accumulate the money, and when it is time to enjoy life, I get sick and can’t live the life I thought it was, because I never took care of the needs of my body, my spirit and my soul. I may want to be a Warrior of Light in my community, but if I am not responsible as a parent, a friend, a wife, a sister, how can the Universe conspire with me. I need to be a Warrior in my own life before pretending to become one for the community. Everything starts really from me … If you are capable (responsible) of little things, I will put you in charge of bigger ones. A Warrior fights for a cause, is the symbol of One Great. In the path of the Universal Purpose, the Universe conspires. When not in its path, signals start to say stop, observe, listen, meditate, look if there are darks places (ego trip, false beliefs, false interpration), put light on them, what is there to learn, to transform so the light now stays within and become one with me. But what is neat in all that is that I can fall and recuperate, get up again, be humble of the experience and now be aware of all the dimensions of my action, my decision, congruent with who I am, what I do. And he does not judge me … he admires me for the courage of wanting to be true, authentic, congruent, for he knows my soul, who I truly am and conspire on a daily basis to help me to come more and more close to my true self and accomplishes the mission I was intended to do, equipped with all that I gain in force during the big internal conflicts with the dark side of life.

I guess that is the big question – what are the wrong things?
is it greed, lust, sins etc which may prompt us to ask for something?
do we miss out when we don't ask, out of guilt misplaced?
do we ever know, can we ever know, what is right and wrong for each of us, in our individuality?

I agree. The universe allows us to connect with it and give our self unconditionally to all it has to offer. Looking within and connecting our inner with the universe helps us to heal ourselves, to recognize who we are and what we want. I find inner peace by doing this. just flowing with the energies of the universe. trusting it like a child trust it's mother.
It's a challenge well worth taking up too…

no longer fearing your own self-worth or doubt; or whatever else is lurking in the depths ready to deduct from your life vitality.
My life now is much more 'moving'.. no longer static in fear, doubt, hesitation etc… because one is able to trust one's own instinct completely.
what are these wrong things ! will freinds enumerate what all comes to mind.

Yes, we are the most mysterious things. Many times we refuse to see things that scares us, or seems incredible. Nosce te ipsum.
These days I read a lot about a duality that some sustains lies in the Divine. And I thought, if we are made upon the same semblance, and the theory is true, so a dark side is natural in each of us. Just depends on us how, when , and if to use that side. Dont know.
